She is over rated.. if they wanted a player from the program they should have gotten Berry or Hassell.. Hodges is overrated.

I have heard a number of you guys say through the years that you look more at the competition for a recruit than at rankings when determining quality.

Well, here's a comparison of recruiting competition for 2026 prospects which shows players that have three or more highly ranked teams who have offered. The teams are the top 7 ranked teams: UConn, SCar, Texas, LSU, Notre Dame, U$C, and UCLA. I have added in Stanford as well. Although they got brutalized by transfers after Tara retired, they still offer the most valuable diploma among major schools and have not cut back on selectivity among basketball players (yet.) A lot of these players are on your prospect list. Also, many of your prospects will have one or two offers from these teams I compare.

Jacy Abii (7) 6-1 Wing, Texas: UConn, SCar, Texas, LSU, U$C, UCLA, ND

Kate Harpring (6), 5-11 Guard, GA: UConn, SCar, LSU, U$C, UCLA, ND

McKenna Woliczka (6) 6-2 Wing, CA: SCar, Texas, Stanford, U$C, UCLA, ND

Have never seen U$C stylized that way but how appropriate

SC is picky with the guards they offer. They key in on a type and focus on them. I bet Garcia is that type they go after and they don’t miss often if ever at that position.

I’d prefer you not use the word “raped.”
