With a body being found in the search area, not expecting good news. If it is her and they cannot find him, would not be surprised if his body to be found next.
i just don't understand why the parents didn't turn him in.If he does, I can only hope at the very least he leaves something confessing or he told a family member. My guess is the autopsy will probably tell the story or at least most of it. Given he sounds more and more like a POS every day I'm not holding my breath but I can only hope he had one last moment of humanity. Her family deserves to know what happened.
If you killed her which I think we all pretty much know he did, why would you drive back across country when you know everyone is gonna be like "Where the hell is Gabby?"? Wouldn't you go on the run immediately?
Not a good look for whoever was handling things in Florida. I think the whole world had a strong suspicion of what was up with him. Even though they technically had no crime at the time, they should have been keeping a close eye on him. Yet, somehow they let him slip away?Seems like he came home and lawyered up before he could be charged with anything. Seems like law enforcement was a little slow naming him a “person of interest” though.

Either to come home and lawyer up, or my opinion, he came home to tell his family bye, and he will be found in the wood somewhereIf you killed her which I think we all pretty much know he did, why would you drive back across country when you know everyone is gonna be like "Where the hell is Gabby?"? Not trying to be argumentative, but I have no sympathy for his parents the way they have acted during this whole thing.

I have to imagine that if he went home to make amends and say goodbye, or just to look for help, at most he would have said it was an accident but he doesn’t think he’ll be believed. In that situation, most parents are gonna side with their kid. That was my first thought then you sit back and say what if this was you and your kid? It's easy to blame the parents and probably rightfully so BUT unless you have been there it's tough to judge. I worked in LE for almost 16 years and many of times there was incidents where you knew the parents were lying or botching the investigation and as much as it angers you, part of you understands.
I can't imagine the thought that my kid would come home and confess that he killed his gf or was even a part of such a awful crime. Without knowing the family and their history it's hard to totally blast Brian's parents. Should they have told LE if they knew anything or if they know where he's at? Of course, but knowing the police want him and most of America wants to see him dead would be a tough spot for a parent.
