If Noel Devine is so great, how comes he is stinking it up now that West Virginia changed the offense? Sorry, but the NFL doesn't use the option. He looks like crap without it.
He hasn't even look fast tonight. That's his bread and butter. Linebackers are running him down and forcing him out. Guy can't even get the corner.
Good luck riding the Devine bandwagon all the way to Devin Hester status in the NFL. Guy won't be a starting runningback in the NFL.
i thought i was the only one who thought this. hes quick sure but i just dont see that hes that good of a football player

Stinking it up? He has 3,500 yards over 3 seasons, and did this after a coaching change and sitting behind Steve Slaton his freshman season. He had a 100 yards last week, and is closing in on another 100 yard game this week.
NFL seems to have plenty of room for spread running backs and slot hybrids. Jonathan Stewart is off to a great start in the NFL, Rashard Mendenhall is doing an excellent job in Pittsburgh, Percy Harvin won rookie of the year last season, etc, etc, etc. In fact, Devine's running style is very similar to those of Jahvid Best, Lesean Mccoy, and CJ Spiller; who of course, are playing in the NFL.
If were going to talk football, at least pretend to know what you're talking about. :hi:
