#23 West Virginia @ Marshall

Offensively, WV still carries the same offensive philosophies they've had for the last 3 seasons. Fact.

Colt Brennan's successes and failures have no bearing on Noel Devine's future in the NFL. Fact. By that logic, Ryan Luck will be a bust because Ryan Leaf was a bust.

Perhaps. I'll consider it.

so you just read what people say is a teams best player and just root for them?
i guess you think case keenum is the best QB cuz hey he can pass for 3000 yds

Dont get me wrong i dont like tebow but i dont think this is true.

I don't know... his throws are pretty ugly and his reads are pretty bad. It takes him forever to get rid of the ball. He was average during the preseason and that was against 2nd/3rd string.

I haven't seen a single option. Devine has been a part of many. How can you say it's the same?

The dude has helped WV's offense garner a whopping 13 points against Marshall using a more conventional offense.

Because it is the same. The difference being they have a QB who's less prolific as a running threat, but has a much better arm than his predecessor.

So because his team struggled he isn't talented?

Fact is, he has 99 yards and a TD on 20 carries. Next.

And Crompton's collegiate career wasn't even a fraction of what Devine's has been.

Well, at least Tebow made the roster. :salute:

That's some terrible logic. Have you watched the game?

Most of his yards have been garbage yards. Marshall backs off and lets him get those yards because they expect them to throw. It results in a punt.

I'll let an opposing player rush for 150 yards if they aren't putting points on the board. Who cares?

No offense, but if that's what you got from my post, then you really need to work on your reading comprehension.

I'm saying they ran the option up until this year.

I never said he wasn't talented but his numbers came from the option. The option is worthless in the NFL.

Devine is half the runningback Reggie Bush is and look how Reggie Bush has turned out in the NFL.
