38 wins, it had to happen eventually. Be glad it was to Wisc and not a team like KU, Duke or UL. Someone we actually really hate. Wisc isnt a bad team to lose to, for a lot of reasons.

It was an extremely good team, but I argued all year that they would not be undefeated if not for the league in which they played.

I also argued and would have argued had they pulled it off, that the Anthony Davis squad was far superior.

How else would you do it? Non tournament championships are for radio ratings. You have to win on the court/field and when it counts. Tournaments have been played since the creation of sport. When the Roman gladiators won, they moved on. The losers usually died.

How many times have we won close games, because we locked up a team who got scared in the last 3-4 minutes? This time, we got up 60-56, and literally tried to play iso, or stalling offense 3 or 4 times in a row. Then they got the bs shot clock stuff, and we weren't ready to actually score.
