They were the only reason we didn't lose by 20. I don't think they are nba caliber starters, but they'll get a shot.

Wisc was a smarter team. A very experienced team. They have a few nba type players and its hard to beat a great team two times in a row.



I'd rather lose to Wisc. They talked some crap, and I've heard some nasty things about a few of their guys. But I like Ryan and the style of play he teaches. Duke has had their titles and stuff, time to let Wisc get some.

It seemed like there was some more fan base animosity towards Duke and I had heard that - in this kind of season - UK losing to them would sting a bit worse.

How many times have we won close games, because we locked up a team who got scared in the last 3-4 minutes? This time, we got up 60-56, and literally tried to play iso, or stalling offense 3 or 4 times in a row. Then they got the bs shot clock stuff, and we weren't ready to actually score.

Just like last year, I'll proudly wear my shirts from this season. 38 is tied, with ourselves, for the most wins ever in a season. No one can take away that. We were the best team, but it doesnt work out like that.
