38-1

KU didn't show up to play physical. They didn't shoot well from outside either, so all night they've been extremely stagnant.

If Kentucky doesn't win the national title this year with that team them they should give up basketball all together.

Calipari should be fired if he doesn't win it all this year. With all that elite talent he has on his team, there shouldn't be any excuse why he can't win a nation title. (Sarcasm about firing Calipari)

32 points is bad, still not 55.

In 1989, Kentucky was probation-riddled and 14-14. They were nowhere close to #5 in the country like this Kansas team. Apples and rotten oranges- sorry, your example doesn't hold water.

Good to see we have a thread about another team's basketball season.
Guess the one about your football team is coming when they finish a season with a winning record.

You can't play up tempo, you can't play man and you can't play physical. The only possible chance I see Kentucky losing is slowing the game completely down, staying out of the paint and being incredibly efficient on the offensive end. Second chance points are non existent and they are way too deep. I can't stand Kentucky but this is likely the best basketball team ever assembled at the college level. I doubt Cal keeps up the mass substitutions so frequently though. Buffalo was so effective for a half because they shot well and I think the dual group hurts offensively because he's subs to quickly and it took longer to get started.

This is why guys like Pearl and CDT (will) struggle against Calipari teams. You can't play that type of system against these teams because your basically matching talent and Kentucky is always going to be more talented. Well see what happens.

This is easily the most talented team ever assembled on the collegiate basketball level. I wouldn't be surprised to see them just sweep through the year.
