50 Killed 200+ Injured in Vegas Music Festival Shooting

Just curious, but why in the world would someone need to bring in all of those guns and of various caliber and style? I read somewhere that he even had shotguns in the room.

Wouldn't it have been a hell of a lot easier to just bring 3-4 rifles of 1 or 2 caliber? Maybe two .308 rifles and two 7.62X39 AKs?

Just saying.

My only thought is he wanted to rip through as much ammo as possible. If one gun got too hot or jammed he could chuck it and move to the next one. It does seem as if he was ready to fight it out in the room, not sure why he decided against that. I saw where he had screwed the stairwell door to the frame to keep it closed.

I can see that... but why have various different caliber and style rifles? In the optimum case, maybe four .308 or AK rifles. He could chuck one gun and still use the same magazines and drums the entire time.

He did put a couple hundred shots through the door, injuring the initial hotel security guy. If he was monitoring the PD scanner, he may have figured out that they were about to blow the door in with explosives. Flash bang grenades might have followed rendering him unable to participate in a "blaze of glory" firefight.

Or not.......

He couldn't do a blaze of glory firefight... but he could engage in killing himself.

Does that make any sense to you?

Yes, it makes a lot of sense. You have heard of other murder/suicides, right?

Yes, I've indeed heard of murder/suicides. But the overwhelming majority of those were acts of passion or rage involving people they knew or were intimate with.

This guy was obviously in the mood to take out as many people as possible. It doesn't make sense for him to be in that situation and then turn the gun on himself.

But some of the most heinous acts were not. Lanza, Hawkins, Klebold, Lubitz, etc

You don't know what his mood was or what his motives were or what his plan was. Neither does anyone else. He may have been angry as hell or as happy as a lark or extremely depressed or just following the voices in his head. You're just guessing, like everyone else.

Conspiracy or not, Soros is now a factor, he’s invested in MGM resorts and owns stock in Mandalay Bay.

It’s all pointing to a conspiracy

The narrative changes yet again...

Vegas Massacre Story Changes: Gunman Shot Security Guard Before Opening Fire On Crowd

The revision to the story also undermines the story surrounding the end of the shooting: officials had previously credited Campos, who was shot in the leg, with stopping the 10-minute assault by turning the gunman's attention to the hotel hallway, where Campos was checking an alert for an open door in another guest's room. However, with the revelation that Campos was shot before his mass shooting, officials now admit they don’t know why he stopped his attack.

The authorities need to stop with the press conferences until there is new and truly SIGNIFICANT information.

Agree. We had the same problem in nuclear power. Answer honestly that you are still analyzing the problem, and you are incompetent, stonewalling, etc. Try to keep the press up on a changing situation, and you were lying in previous releases, covering up, etc.

At least in this situation they have one thing going for them - even a technically incompetent reporter can understand a bullet coming from the front of a gun is dangerous. They also want a reason and speculate tirelessly without simply accepting that most of these guys are just bat chip crazy.

So he shot the security guard FIRST, then went on a 11 minute killing spree before anyone could figure out where he was????

Which makes me think he wasn’t the shooter, or at least alone. I would not be surprised if he was a patsy. The fact that zero hotel footage of him entering has been released is alarming at this point. I’m pretty sure we had footage of the 9/11 highjackers entering the airports within a few days of the attack.

So, just found out that apparently this guy was driving a Hyundai and had valet service during his stay. So he was able to pack all of this stuff in a Hyundai and none of the valet drivers that weekend noticed anything?
