6/20 Update: Today is the Day

Happy things went well for you and your family. Will continue to pray for health and healing. With both of my children being micro preemies I know first hand how difficult your journey has been. It's a lot on a fella truth be told. Hang in there Pops. All we really ever have is family and faith.

Volnation I cant thank yall enough for your continued support and prayers for my little man. He has so many people lifting him up right now and yall are a huge part of that. it means so much to my family and I for all the support you have shown. We dont all know each other but it truly feels like family the way we can all come together and support one another.

Update on Neyland: he had a bit of a rough night. His breathing stopped for a moment and his heart rate dropped real low....so they had to do chest compressions and put him on a paralytic. They said it was a pain reaction and they just tried to make him more comfortable to try and prevent it occurring again.

The surgeon team came by and were exceptionally happy with the way everything from surgery looks.

The medical team as a whole says hes progressing well and still on track as they expect even with the scare last night.

Again words cant even express how much your support has helped me get through this as a father. I continue to try and be strong for my wife, but it gets hard seeing him go through this...and yalls kind words have been a large part of what I have turned to for comfort. Thank you so much Vol brothers and sisters.

Dang TopDog,, most of us can't even relate to that kind of stress, hurt and pressure to be strong that you're under.

I mean I couldn't sleep at all the first few nights our daughter was home from the hospital. Listening to every little squeaky breath and she was perfectly healthy. ALL the falls, cuts, scrapes and even a car accident in the 23 years since, don't even add up to One Millionth of what you and your family are going through.

SO glad to hear that the outlook is getting better!!

Our Big Orange Prayers for Tough Little Neyland will Never Stop!!

Cant even imagine how hard this is for a parent since we have so far been blessed with good health for our kids. Will be praying going forward for him and his family. You are not alone

Wow, it is so taken for granted that you'll have a healthy baby. I am glad everything seems to have gone well and it sounds like you are the rock your family needs.

as a father its hard not to feel emotional. I cant imagine how you feel, but you seem to be handling it well. God is good. So glad things are progressing.
