We did not have a good game plan against them before the first snap.

We were super beat up.

I would normally agree, for the sake of glory and honor and all, but frankly, they're so damn good that I would prefer to play aTm with a healthy team. Bama in its current incarnation is just in another universe. IMO JMO FWIW TWSS ETC :hi:

I didn't say anything about Mike Debord. Actually been defending him from all the idiots screaming that he be fired after the first drive last week. So don't get it twisted.

I'm saying that TAM is executing vs the same guys that none of our guys could come close to blocking last week. Not our starters like Thomas, Hall, Jones and Kendrick, nor our 2nd stringers like Boulware or Richmond.

Right now Knight has 51 yards rushing, over 7 ypc.....last week Dobbs went for -31. I think that's borderline disgraceful. Yes we had injuries and yes Alabama is a better team. But there's no way they should've done what they did to us....simply no excuse. And don't get me started on our run defense....it was horrific.

I will catch some flack for this but I like Debord. The reason TAMU has been able to get Knight loose a few times IMO is they've been able keep Alabama guessing a bit. Last week was truly the first week I've been genuinely disappointed in Debord.

But I realize he was dealing with a lot of injuries on the OL.

I somehow just don't think we gave them our best.

Would help beating either if they're still undefeated. I think that's the only way we could potentially get into playoff. Would have to beat an undefeated SECw champ.
