Of course it's true. Anyone who actually thought there was gonna be some sort of presser on Sunday or Monday is a fool. I'm not saying OCI or the other insiders are liars, but it looks like they took some bad info and ran it like a government mule. The zone this morning thinks Gruden is 100% an NFL guy. Frank thinks he's coaching in the NFL next year and its a good possibility that it will be with the Eagles. Just because Gruden likes the Vols doesn't mean he will coach here. Like it or not Dooley gives us the best chance to win our final games. He will be canned at the end of the season I believe.

Hyams is the mouthpiece for the school so I'm not suprised he's now guiding us on new information. Question now is does this setup for Gruden? Also you could read between the lines and translate this to: "it's been decided DD will play ball and get to coach versus us yanking his ass."

I didn't hear Hyams statements but if true I wouldn't be suprised to see something official on DD being named the interim before too long.

It wasn't said with much certainty. He said basically he feels like Hart has made his decision, and he doesn't think Dooley will be the coach next year. He also didn't seem to think anything would come out today, and that Dooley would be coach for the Troy game.

That's what I heard.

One thing about it, won't take long to see if this is true

Thanks for the 1st hand report. My point is fairly simple and that is that if Hyam's is leaning that DD is gone then things are still lining up for the insiders. I'd be way more skeptical if Hyams was saying nothing.
