Let me get this straight some actually believe we will announce a new coach and release one on the same day. This is beyond comical. Not gonna happen. nada, zero percent.

If they let Dooley go this week it means we have Gruden, plain and simple, even if we do get Gruden it won't be announced on the same day,Hart has too much class for that. Go Vols

NO, as many have stated on several threads, it is believed that the Dooley announcement will only happen after an agreement with a coach has been made. Gruden is option 1,2,3 on tennessee's list and it is being reported that Dooley is being announced tomorrow, hence... we have a coach! When he will be announced is a different story....

Juwuan James is my favorite player on the team. Proud to have him wear the orange and white. I just hope these good players do not regret playing for the Vols during this rough stretch. Hears to finally turning the page and righting the ship so all of the players over the last 10 years or so can truly look back and be proud that they wore the orange and white.

If their going to fire Dooley they have to do it Monday because when he wins out @ 8-5 then it's going to be hard to pull the trigger in my opinion. Regardless I don't think he's getting canned. We will win out.

Gruden is greedy and will take all 3 offers.

Not for long. Saban and Miles would both get immediate raises that would top this, because they BOTH have proven to be BIG WINNERS coaching COLLEGE ball. The end.

I agree. If you want him you have to pay. He makes 4.3 for MNF. We would certainly have to pay 5 + and maybe 6. I am all for it. We don't need another 2 million hire.

This isnt first place 3 offers has been mentioned. They are throwing everything at him to see what interests him the most. I have heard if dooley is fired tomorrow then gruden has accepted.
