I was there. Spilled my jack n' coke on the guy in front of me on the first play! Shane Burton owned their o-line! Two sacks and a fumble recovery! SEC defensive player of the week! GBO!!!

I just hope we do it while Saban is still around. I'll be so pissed if we never beat him again. We'd never hear the end of it

*edit* I take that back, it looks like we've never beaten a Saban coached Bama. F*** >_<

Lets say Saban has 10 more years at BAMA. I just don't think there's enough time.

Always good to see the (Vandy)Grammer Police in full force. It's always funny how most of the Grammer Police still owe on student loans. They skipped most Math Classes:lolabove:

I have no idea what this means except what I perceive in between the lines: that you're jealous of successful people with an education.

Oh, and you added spaces to your last post so you're also kinda insecure about it.

Yeah, we've definitely become a back-in-the-day kind of fanbase. I just feel bad for the young fans that have never known what it's like to experience a dominant UT football program. 98 truly is a distant memory at this point. I'm fine with that as long as progress is being made. Since we haven't seen much of that lately, I'm putting all my chips on BJ...for all those little troopers out there who deserve to be truly proud of wearing orange and white.

If the space key is his friend, then he is probably one up on you.

Brings back great memories! I was 22 at the time, we rented the clubhouse at the apartment where we lived and had a "3 keg" party. Definitely one of the best parties I've ever thrown (or been to), and I'll never forget Peyton and company stomping Bama all over their own field and breaking our long winless streak against them!

 Go Vols!

My alltime favorate game.

Was in the endzone that Joey ran into on that first play...in fact if he ran into the stands he'd ran right to me.

We do have one win over Saban. 2001 when he was at LSU.

It was the last Tennessee-Bama game played at Legion Field. After that, it moved to Tuscaloosa every other year when Bama hosted it. A move I am very glad they made. Birmingham is a hell hole.

We played one more there in 97.

100% agree...Birmingham is a hell hole.

Idleton Village (sp.) projects across the street gave Legion Field one of the best backdrops in all of college football IMO.

NOT!!!!!!!

The '95 Tennessee and '97 LSU games are the only times I've thought "We could play this game 100 times, and Bama would lose all 100."
