He goes for the interception too often. As a safety, you are the last line of defense, and as such, you should always make sure that you are taking down the potential receiver. Safeties should get interceptions as gifts, they should rarely be making amazing plays to grab interceptions (those gambles usually catch up.) Ronnie Lott and Troy Polomalu (sp?) are great examples of what a safety should be (Gibril could be added to that list). They patrolled the field and punished receivers when they came across the middle.
