Aaron Douglas discussion / signs with Bama(merged)

David now knows how Jefferson Davis felt when his son enlisted with the Union. Commy bass terds!

He sure is confident he will actually contribute meaningful minutes while at Bama, personally I see him being over recruited or riding the pine.

We'll see what happens when Old Nick makes you weep, big boy. You'll never be a starter at bama, so toke another one up. bye

Its gonna be real funny when we see him next October on the bench instead of on the field where the real men play. Have fun riding the pine Aaron, you could have been apart of something special

if he rides the bench at bama, thats gonna say a lot about the state of our program

Bout to say that.

Everyone is ripping the kid because he's likely to never see the field at Bama, but wasn't this kid a starter at Tennessee?

I think what's been said about our program has been said. Again and again. OUr program is in the proverbial $hitter. I don't think he'll ride the pine at AB. He'll start or at least be a backup year one. And start year two. IMO a whole lot less than he would have done in three more years at UT. But, who knows what is going through his mind? There's too much that goes on that we have no idea of what it is. He may well have a valid reason for doing what he did. Too bad for him because he botched a high draft status but losing a year of eligibility and going to a program where he had better be the absolute best or they'll start a sophomore over him.

With all the OL they are in, there is no way in hell they would take Aaron Douglas to ride the bench. He'll get significant minutes next year.

If we get Cyrus K, Aaron Douglas never plays tackle at Alabama. He might compete for a spot at guard.

I can't blame the kid, he's had three head coaches at UT. Its not to see that TN will never be anything under Hammy. On the other hand, you have a solid HC and AD at Bama that have 10 National Championship rings between them.

Yes, they do have something special going on down there. No one this year accomplished less with more.

EDIT 10 seconds later: Except Urban maybe.

2nd edit: Mack (the clown) Brown

Ps. Good luck Wilcox. Vol Navy can likely loan you a life vest.
