'22 AL WR Marquarius White (Tennessee signee)

We have a lot of stupid fans who think he’s afraid of contact, based on the fact that he ran out of bounds at the end of the Ole Miss game. It was obviously a bad decision because he lost track of time and was trying to stop the clock, not realizing time had run out. But it wasn’t because “he’s afraid of contact.”

He may never pan out and he may pan out. But those who have already written him off and take every opportunity to trash the kid are garbage fans.
We have a lot of fans that can't recognize when a guy has demonstrated a timid running style since he first stepped on the field...not just that one play against Ole Miss.

Dude, if you watch the footage he clearly does NOT avoid contact. If anything, he runs right into the defender. He just isn't very elusive. Good speed, but his agility is just not very good.

Lol at the people saying Joe Milton looks for contact, dude runs more timidly than ANY guy that size I've ever seen. As big as he is LB's trying to tackle him should be 50/50 and he should be punishing DB's that think about trying to tackle him. He shied away from contact every time he took off when he was getting to play. I'm not writing the kid off, dude has a cannon, but he has to work on his finesse/touch on his throws and be less timid running if he wants to be the stud he's capable of being.

Don’t want hit. Should get 3 to 5 yards anytime

I think you're missing the point. Milton does run but he actually slows down just before contact instead of initiating the contact. I've seen him do it a bunch of times. Instead of falling forward, he's going backward. It's on film just find it and look at it. That's the same quality that you look for in a RB. Someone who hits the hole fast with power. Milton will never do that so he might as well figure out how to hit his receivers or just stop trying to run. Just my take
