I get what you are saying but I think the staff always wanted to take 3 HS WRs in this classWith Frazzell, Bru and Thornton both coming back, and Staley and Mathews coming, I prefer
to give the big money to a top OL transfer. Don't put money on another WR unless
they come for peanuts, which Ala WR will not do.
This applies to the Ala TE also

You would think that would help.He needs to talk to his fellow Saraland alum Velus Jones and hear what this offense did for him and what it was like being at UT.
They must be planning a move to the ACC then. Actually, I don’t think they’d win a high level in that conference either.I
As bad as this sounds. I was hoping we would get CHF. The guy is just a winner. He’s probably not going to win any morality awards but he can flat out coach and recruit. He will have AU competitive sooner rather than later.
Not a fan of bringing in Bond and turning the lockerroom upside down when Squirrel could take a step forward next year. However if you want to throw some money at WR go get this kid and throw the bank at him. Instead of having a guy for a couple of years, go get Williams for at least three. We’re not poor. We can land an OT in the portal and afford to get other players, too. It’s not an either or situation.
We surely need an oLineman. Butt maybe You're not familiar with this kid. He probably would have been the Top Overall player in 2025 had he stayed for his senior year. With Frazzell, Bru and Thornton both coming back, and Staley and Mathews coming, I prefer

The other way of looking at your statement is that Heupel was able to take non-NFL talent and still get them into the NFL with some very lucrative NFL contracts. You would think that would help.
What would really help is if any of our WRs start producing in the NFL that were coached by Heupel.
Jones had 20 yards receiving in 2023. 100 in 2022... :/
Hyatt and Jones both need a QB in their defense...
But the narrative that Heupel only makes good college WRs will remain until those guys start producing in the NFL.
The staff has always wanted 3+ WRs in this class due to how our numbers are going to look in 2025. Also Thornton will have been fully recruited over if you bring this guy in.With Frazzell, Bru and Thornton both coming back, and Staley and Mathews coming, I prefer

No one on this team currently has earned anything. Bru is the closest one to that and he’s a question mark due to injury. Thornton, squirrel, etc all had chances to step up and be the guy, no one did. There was a lot of finger pointing at Milton but he threw a lot of catchable balls that ended up on the ground. The staff has always wanted 3+ WRs in this class due to how our numbers are going to look in 2025. If this were to happen it would be very tough to not see Matthews and him be the 2nd to 3rd WRs coming off the bench to start the season.
Not an insider and have no idea if this is 100% accurate, but heard it in a conversation from a guy that’s besties with an Auburn donor.Doubt it. Sounds like they’re having a lot of culture issues. When Cadillac elects to leave, you know there’s a problem.
