Our offense is never going to allow us to have a highly ranked defense. We simply have our defense on the field for too long. Best we can hope for is to have an opportunistic defense that pressures the QB well and creates turnovers. Heupel was able to recruit those type of players pretty well at UCF. Let's see if he can do the same here.

This is why Verse or another elite edge rusher is a must get for this class.

I would love to see this team built like the mid 2000 colts teams that ended up winning the 2007 super bowl.

Quick strike offense that jumps out to a 14-21 point lead putting your opponent in pass first mode and having an elite pass rush that just pins their ears back and meets at the qb every play.

Yup, he said we had an "OK season" but coaches said we fell short of expectations and have plans moving forward.

FSU was freakin 5-7 in Y2...

Not saying either has a chance in hell, but we showed a ton more than they did and our offense at least gives us a chance in hell of doing....something.
