I've never listened to the man but how does this not fall under "Freedom of Speech" and it being his opinion?

He not only denied the massacre happened, but insisted it was a government hoax. Some of his comments actually targeted the dead kids themselves. So twisting this into it just being his opinion is elephant dung.
