'Get SPOOKED, the future is here': AOC fires back at Tucker Carlson after Fox News host called MSNBC's Chris Hayes 'what every man would be if feminists achieved absolute power'
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has fired back at Tucker Carlson after the Fox News host mocked MSNBC presenter Chris Hayes' masculinity.
The Democratic Rep. leaped to the defense of Hayes after Carlson called him 'what every man would be if feminists ever achieved absolute power'.
Ocasio-Cortez told the controversial Fox News presenter to 'get spooked' because 'the future is here'.
In a tweet Tuesday, Ocasio-Cortez said: 'Chris Hayes was just as excited to host a #GreenNewDeal policy town hall in the BX as he was to get home in time to take his child to gymnastics class. If that's the scary future feminists want, get SPOOKED because the future is here and full of great relationships with your dad.'
Carlson had swiped at the Democratic Rep. and Hayes for promoting Ocasio-Cortez's ambitious climate change program at a town hall event in New York.
'Chris Hayes is what every man would be if feminists ever achieved absolute power in this country: apologetic, bespectacled and deeply, deeply concerned about global warming, and the patriarchal systems that cause it,' Carlson said.
The Fox News host also slammed Ocasio-Cortez, calling her a 'moron' who 'has never even raised children'.
Hayes responded on his Instagram account with a short clip of him exercising in a gym with the caption, 'Every quarter the Feminarchist junta require all adult males to present themselves for a fitness inspection. Failure to pass results in summary execution.'
