One thing I've found over the years is that many people like what they do, have no desire to move into management, but they can certainly sniff out the BS coming from people who have absolutely no business being in a "leadership" position. I read something in an airline magazine a very long time ago and it's one of those few things that tend to stay with you for a lifetime. It goes something like this, "Nobody knows the job better than the man doing it." It should be the first rule taught to anyone entering management ... anywhere.

I've hit the "report" button exactly one time, it was by mistake, and hopefully it was never sent. I guess I've just read over personal attacks on others as chaff, and ones directed at me as just par for the course ... no big deal.

Pretty sure there are others who take care of our mess without getting personal about it. And I would see it as darn near impossible to avoid cries of bias if one is mpodding a conversation they are actively engaged in. Like people thinking trump interfered in the investigation The implication is.enough to be damaging.

There are other mods who participate in the discussion on this forum; I've never seen cries of bias from them when they remove a response.

I trust that Freak would know and take action if he felt there was biased modding going on. As of now, that has not happened.

There are some that I have read that I feel, even for me, are over the line. I have a real professional respect for both of Looth's daughters going to GT. That is a tough school to get into and a tough one to do well at. I have reported some posts that referenced his kids in a bad light. I will tolerate no disrespect to anyone's kids unless that person brings them into a conversation and sets themselves up for the abuse. Same goes for wives, fathers, moms, etc. Be a stand up poster and leave the family out of it.
