2 months ago, there were signs everywhere through the subway that they were going to start cracking down on fare jumping. Somehow now people are surprised and protesting? What’s next??

InsideEdition did a report on this very thing with cameras rolling asking people "why didn't you pay" instead of hopping over or sliding underneath....some just grinned or smiled back.....or mind your own business.
