I never really had a position 1 way or the other until recently.

If you can watch the videos from the US Navy pilots off the coast of California...and then in the 2 incidents off the east coast (barely)...with both radar lock, live camera feed, and IR...then read the official government statements that say "we dont know what the hell they are...sometimes in groups of 15...that can hover completely still for 3 and 4 hours at a time, be in the same area on radar for 10 to 12 hours a time (no vehicle on earth can do EITHER)...then watch the "objects" accelerate. INSTANTLY from a dead stop to many many thousands of mph, which a human body could never stand the G forces of...then listen to Joe Rogans podcast where the wing commander talks for over an hour about exactly what happened ...if yall dont believe that then you are just being willfully ignorant. Period.

The wing commander gave a frame of reference for what happened when he dropped down from about 10k feet to try and engage the "vehicle" and it went from a dead standstill to completely out of camera range and radar range in a fraction of a second...he said an SR71 blackbird travelling at Mach3 plus would take OVER A MINUTE to travel completely out of the camera frame. This craft did it in ABOUT HALF A SECOND. Any of yall wanna try to calculate how fast that would be travelling? About 120x mach3..2200mph...my math says that's 264,000 mph...AVERAGE...but it left from a dead standstill and AVERAGED 264,000mph...wonder how many times the force of gravity that put on both the craft and anyone or anything inside it???

The pilot who was in command has met with Congress and other Feds to discuss what happened. These craft have no heat signature from a propulsion source...not human engineering...and ACTIVELY jammed our radars everytime so we couldnt get missile lock on them. They weren't in any way afraid of our pilots flying fully armed F18 super Hornets. Because their technology is so far beyond what we have on earth that we cant touch them.

These arent loonies. These arent crazy people. These are highly respected lifelong fighter pilots in all 3 major events and they all encountered craft with the same basic characteristics that seem to be able to manipulate gravity to power their crafts. INSTANT acceleration to speeds where we couldnt hit them with any projectile weapon in the US arsenal, because their craft are orders of magnitude faster than bullets, rockets, or missiles.

If the pilots who were there and the US government says that we dont possess technology that is even able to EXPLAIN HOW those craft can do what they do....how do you explain that away???

I’m watching the video now. One problem with the story is the pilot reported seeing a 40 foot tic tac object hovering a few feet above the ocean before darting off and out of camera range in about 2 seconds. Skeptics question how he can see this detail at 40 miles distance. I’m going to look at the pro and skeptic information regarding this sighting. It is an interesting subject to watch for a Monday night.

Ok - read up some more on the opposing viewpoint that the object accelerated beyond known military technology. There is nothing to this story. Google David Fravor’s name and read the first few websites commenting on the incident. The speed of the object was likely an optical illusion and there are plausible explanations how this occurred. People need to spend just a few short minutes of research and not be so gullible. That is the problem with people believing all this UFO/Bigfoot/911 etc conspiracy BS. They see something interesting and automatically believe there is something to the story and are too lazy to research further.

I need to qualify my previous post. It is a confirmed UFO sighting but the point that the object was traveling in excess of 200,000 miles per hour or even beyond military technology has been debunked IMO.

I sure did. Apparently you have not looked at the information that calls into question the accuracy of the reports. Also some of the pilots and radar operators reports paint a different picture of the events which occurred that day. Another topic to consider is the radar systems used during that timeframe were new and showed a lot of errors with false readings. The quirks with the radar systems were worked out over a short time and the false readings regarding UFO’s ceased. Do not be gullible like a child. Research, research, research with an open mind.

Another issue to consider: David Fravor has handlers which have written books and produced significant information regarding UFO reports for many years. They have been subject to ridicule many times for misinterpretation of facts and false, misleading statements on specific reported UFO incidents.

Interestingly, I watched another recent Joe Rogan podcast where he interviewed Edward Snowden. Snowden said he had access to Top Secret information across every agency in the U.S. Government that dates back decades, and that he specifically searched for information pertaining to aliens and spacecraft. He found absolutely nothing.

I find it ironic most of these sightings are around military installations. Aliens seem to like drunk hunters or abused divorcée’s. Thats all i got.

Not really alien related but very interesting

Since it landed in Gale Crater in 2012, the Curiosity rover has been studying the Martian surface beneath its wheels to learn more about the planet's history. But Curiosity also stuck its nose in the air for a big sniff to understand the Martian atmosphere.

So far, this sniffing has resulted in some findings that scientists are still trying to understand.


Earlier this year, the rover's tunable laser spectrometer, called SAM, which stands for Sample Analysis at Mars, detected the largest amount of methane ever measured during its mission.

SAM has also found that over time, oxygen behaves in a way that can't be explained by any chemical process scientists currently understand.

SAM has had plenty of time -- about six years -- to sniff and analyze the atmospheric composition on Mars. The data revealed that at the surface, 95% of the atmosphere is carbon dioxide, followed by 2.6% molecular nitrogen, 1.9% argon, 0.16% oxygen and 0.06% carbon monoxide.

Like Earth, Mars goes through its seasons; over the course of a year, the air pressure changes. This happens when the carbon dioxide gas freezes in winter at the poles, causing the air pressure to lower. It rises again in the spring and summer, redistributing across Mars as the carbon dioxide evaporates.

In relation to the carbon monoxide, nitrogen and argon also follow similar dips and peaks. But oxygen didn't.

Surprisingly, the oxygen actually rose by a peak increase of 30% in the spring and summer before dropping back to normal in the fall.

Given the amount of time Curiosity has been monitoring the atmosphere, it was able to detect that this pattern repeated, albeit with varying amounts of oxygen.

The variation suggests that the oxygen is being created by something, then taken away.

"The first time we saw that, it was just mind boggling," said Sushil Atreya, study author on a new paper about the oxygen levels and professor of climate and space sciences at the University of Michigan.

The study published Tuesday in the Journal of Geophysical Research: Planets.

In order to rule out errors, the scientists checked to be sure SAM was operating properly, but found no issues.

"We're struggling to explain this," said Melissa Trainer, study author and planetary scientist at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center. "The fact that the oxygen behavior isn't perfectly repeatable every season makes us think that it's not an issue that has to do with atmospheric dynamics. It has to be some chemical source and sink (of elements into the soil) that we can't yet account for."

It relates back to the methane mystery.

The June reading indicated 21 parts per billion units by volume, or ppbv. That means of the volume of air on Mars being assessed, one billionth of the volume of air is methane.

So why is this unusually large amount of methane so interesting? On Earth, microbial life is a key source of methane. But NASA also warned that expectations of life should be managed due to the fact that interactions between rocks and water can also create methane, and Mars has water and an abundance of rocks.

"With our current measurements, we have no way of telling if the methane source is biology or geology, or even ancient or modern," said SAM Principal Investigator Paul Mahaffy of NASA's Goddard Spaceflight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.

This isn't the first time methane has been detected on Mars by Curiosity. Over the course of its mission since landing in August 2012, Curiosity has detected methane many times and studies have been written about how the gas levels actually appear to rise and fall depending on the season. It can spike as much as 60% during the summer.

Could the two be connected to a similar chemistry since they're fluctuating the same way?

"We're beginning to see this tantalizing correlation between methane and oxygen for a good part of the Mars year," Atreya said. "I think there's something to it. I just don't have the answers yet. Nobody does."

The origin of the methane or oxygen won't be evident because the rover doesn't have any instruments that can trace or determine the source. And while both oxygen and methane can be created from biological sources, they can also arise due to chemistry, like the interaction of water and rocks.

"We have not been able to come up with one process yet that produces the amount of oxygen we need, but we think it has to be something in the surface soil that changes seasonally because there aren't enough available oxygen atoms in the atmosphere to create the behavior we see," said Timothy McConnochie, study co-author and assistant research scientist at the University of Maryland.

The scientists wanted to share their findings in the hopes that Martian experts may be able to help determine what process is creating these increases.

"This is the first time where we're seeing this interesting behavior over multiple years. We don't totally understand it," Trainer said. "For me, this is an open call to all the smart people out there who are interested in this: See what you can come up with."

An interesting article. Thanks for posting it. I hope some "smart people" can help with me the math in the bolded. I think they're off by about 21x, but I could be wrong.

Given that the methane spikes have been detected mutiple times, by mutiple instruments, by both NASA and the ESA, a false positive isn't likely. My guess is it's coming from some sort of geology.

Somebody needs to find that alien oxygen maker temple thingy on Mars that Arnold found in Total Recall so we can go live on Mars.
