I am. I think you had a better entry, if I remember correctly. I ended up with 2k shares with an average in the low 22's. It's had a strong week to say the least.

XSPA is pretty easy to trade. Buy on any big drop, then sell off when there's rumors of news coming. Once the news is announced, sell off before the next big drop. I plan on buying again today if it drops to about $2.50, then I'll sell off when there's rumors of another contract coming (Hopefully at a price around $3.)

Well that just happened! I stated that I was going to try an experiment and leave it be for a month, wow did I have some crummy picks. I think I am down about 20% since I last check at the beginning of August. It is amazing to me how many of the >$1 stocks just tank after they are pumped up.

Yep, that’s what they do. That’s why I never chase one. You just have to accept the fact that you’ve missed it and forget it exists.

Seems like a great time to buy as long as they are in the appropriate market. I looked up a few more. AMT, ARE, and PLD all seem safe.

Divi is currently .05 per share, but I expect it to move back to .10 and then .20 per share next year.

I’m hoping to go back to work within a couple of months, so I’ll need to scale back the day trading. Wouldn’t mind putting a good chunk into some dividend stocks.

I’ve got 7,000 shares and you have the option to reinvest or direct payment to your brokerage account. I take the direct payment.

And the 7,000 shares with a .20 divi is no joke. That would be $1400 free money every 3 months
