Hopefully this puts an end to the rate increases. These rates are more normalized now. Would be nice to see them stand pat first meeting next year. I'm looking at a lot of real estate around the south right now, seeing some big price reductions, fewer and fewer showing "pending". Along with all the big tech and other layoffs, JP & Co. need to wait and watch for a while now, imo. Let this work it's way through the economy.
I only watched about 20 minutes of JP. The guy has a resonable answer for every question, but he can't tell us what the future holds. It does seem that the economy is doing along the lines of what they have hoped for.Not sure I get it.
But today, the cows didn't even get milked.
However, when you think about P-Pow's answers to the questions,
he basically said we may not be on bottom but can see it from here.
