The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has created a tag for threats against teachers and school administrators and is tracking such investigations on a national level.

An FBI whistleblower provided an email dated Oct. 20 to House Republicans sent on behalf of the counter-terrorism division and the criminal division. The email referenced Attorney General Merrick Garland's Oct. 4 directive to the FBI to ramp up its involvement in school board threats, and notified agents of a new tag, 'EDUOFFICIALS,' to assign to any threats against school administrators, board members, staff or teachers to determine the scope of the problem on a national level and to provide a 'comprehensive analysis of the threat picture.'

'This disclosure provides specific evidence that federal law enforcement operationalized counterterrorism tools at the behest of a left-wing special interest group against concerned parents,' House Republicans claimed in a letter to Garland.

I think people fail to realize that the FBI, CIA, NSA, ATF, etc…. are all out of DC, which leans heavily left. People need to understand all of the 3 letter agencies are at odds with what America was designed to be.

National School Boards Association Removes Letter Comparing Parents To Domestic Terrorists From Its Website

The National School Boards Association scrubbed its letter, which compared the actions of concerned parents at school board meetings to those of domestic terrorists, from its website.

The deleted National School Boards Association (NSBA) letter, addressed to President Joe Biden’s administration, sparked outrage and backlash from parents across the country for requesting federal government intervention. The letter suggested the use of statutes, such as the USA PATRIOT Act, to stop threats or violence directed toward school board members over actions that it said could be “the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes,” according to the Sept. 29. letter.

Five days after the letter was sent, Attorney General Merrick Garland issued a memorandum that called on the FBI to “use its authority” against parents who threaten or use violence against public school officials.

Judge Rejects Virginia school district's attempt to stop moms from distributing purportedly 'sensitive' docs

A Virginia judge has rejected Fairfax County Public School's (FCPS) attempt to block two moms from disseminating the results of public information requests, which the county says contains "sensitive and legally protected information."

According to the Fairfax Times, FCPS threatened Debra Tisler with legal action if she didn't return the documents. Callie Oettinger was reportedly asked by FCPS to remove records she posted to the website, specialeducation.com.

In total, Tisler obtained more than 1,300 pages of documents, including legal billing invoices. Tuesday's ruling reverses a Sept. 30 order that prevented the moms from disseminating the information. The Goldwater Institute, which represented the women, celebrated the ruling as a win for free speech.

Timothy Sandefur, the Goldwater Institute attorney representing the moms, said: "This is an important victory against the bullying tactics of school bureaucrats who have resorted to intimidation and harassment of parents who just want to do what’s best for their children."

Doesn't matter who created them. We've seen the GOP embrace these agencies in order to fight terrorism (Patriot Act). And we know how these copservatives love the Thin Blue Line and law enforcement. They have no clue that these same cops that they slobber over are going to be the ones that knock on your guns or shove a needle in your arm.

FL Parents Sue School for Secretly 'Transitioning' Teen Daughter

Parents of a 13-year-old daughter have filed a federal lawsuit against a Florida school district after officials at Deerlake Middle School secretly “transitioned” her into a “transgender male,” or a biological girl who says she wants to live as a boy, including allowing her to use male spaces like bathrooms and choosing pronouns.

Jeffrey and January Littlejohn’s daughter, who is referred to as A.G. in court filings, did talk about her gender confusion with her mother, who holds a master’s degree in counseling from Florida State University.
The Washington Examiner reported on the lawsuit:

The lawsuit says the Littlejohns informed their daughter’s math teacher, Rima Kelly, about the teenager’s gender dysphoria and continued treatment with a mental health counselor on Aug. 27, 2020.Kelly offered to inform the school about their daughter’s desires to identify as nonbinary, which the parents declined. The teacher is not a named defendant in the case.​
A couple of weeks later, on Sept. 14, while she was getting into the car, the Littlejohns’ daughter mentioned that the school had asked her which bathroom she wanted to use, which the lawsuit says she thought was “funny.”​
January Littlejohn told the Washington Examiner that was the first time she became aware that the school was meeting with her daughter and assisting the teenager in embracing a different gender identity in school settings. The school did not facilitate any transition-related medical procedures.​

The school claimed the child needed to authorize for her parents to be at the meeting.

Mind you, I'm not attacking you and not immune to sharing your sentiment re: the education system, but this can't be ran away from. I have nieces/nephews not that far removed and one still in K-12 who didn't (or won't) matriculate as little brownshirts. We can't extrapolate the bad school systems to totality.

The pandemic has likely been the best thing to happen to primary education in decades; millions of homebound parents have seen firsthand via Zoom, etc. remote 'learning' what their children are being taught. THAT is why they're showing up and facing down the educational industrial complex, and now even the DOJ and FBI. To borrow from our thug violence-encouraging VP "they're not stopping, they won't stop, nor should they stop". I argue now - or anytime - is not the time for people to quit but to stop backing up and start taking lost ground. There's no fallback position.

An FBI SWAT team raided the home of an activist mother of three in Colorado on Tuesday, Nov. 16, knocking down her door, bursting into the house and handcuffing her while she was homeschooling her children.


The U.S. Department of Justice and Attorney General Merrick Garland issued an Oct. 4 memorandum directing federal, state and local law enforcement to look for parents to prosecute nationwide who may have made "threats" and made "harassing" phone calls to school board members nationwide, equating such parents to domestic terrorists.

Now a mother, Sheronna Bishop of Grand Junction, Colorado, has felt the brute force of the FBI's heavily armed SWAT unit used against her family.

She was at home with her three children Tuesday morning when she heard someone pounding on the front door. She said the officers "manhandled" her 18-year-old daughter, pulling her up the stairs by her hoodie, while another officer put her in handcuffs. They proceeded to search the entire house.

Besides being a frequent attendee at her local school board meetings, Bishop has also been active in the voter integrity movement in her state and locality. She runs the website Americasmom.net, and on that site she features an article and video under the title We the Parents: How Did We Get Here?

Fight for Schools formally filed a petition for Reaser's removal in Loudoun County Circuit Court Thursday, with 1,859 signatures from residents in the Algonkian district, which Reaser represents.

I’m just a P.E. teacher who cares deeply about my students, but when my legitimate views were silenced, I had to fight back for all of us, writes Loudoun County, Virginia educator, TANNER CROSS, who took on cancel culture and WON

As a physical education teacher in Loudoun County, Virginia, I serve a very diverse community in Leesburg. I love and respect all my students and treat them with dignity despite our differences.

My recent court win is an important step toward protecting freedom of expression for everyone. My hope is that it will encourage educators across the nation to freely advocate for their students without fear of consequence. Some Americans have lost sight of the importance of open debate.

The Loudoun County School Board recently passed a policy that forces teachers to call students by pronouns that are contrary to biology and violate my faith as a Christian.

The policy forces me and my colleagues to subject the very children that we are charged to love and protect to a dangerous ideology that could lead to puberty blockers, hormone therapy, and even sterilization.
