Alright Conspiracy Theorists

Heard a Lt. Col. last night that seemed pretty informed on Pakistan in general. His opinion was that they knew he was there. Went on to say that country is very divided, and trusting anyone is dangerous. Sounds like they thought it would be they're little secret. As long as we didn't run across the border to get him without notifying them, no one would ever know.

Whoops..

I think we broke up.

Same Lt. Col. remarked on the same.

He compared it to an affair.

I'm actually surprised we did the raid but am glad it happened. The fact they scrambled fighters tells me they really had no clue what was happening

you don't live in a place for 5 years cut off from the outside world without help from someone. Is the mail so good there that he never got his magazines accidentally dropped in the neighbor's box? That's how I met a couple

I agree. While dangerous to those involved it was the best way to confirm it. Going the bomb route would open the door to speculation way past what is present now.

Yes. Bombing and no possession of the body would have been an incubator for speculation/allegations of a cover-up way beyond the Oliver Stone's of VN and the world.

I also think that the psychological impact of SEALs infiltrating a foreign country, bagging the bad guy, and getting out scot free is unmeasurable.

he was in a house full of people shooting at our guys and they were supposed to assume the most dangerous of all of them wasn't carrying? Ok

especially when the other two fighters they killed had were firing at them.
