So, the "parents", if can be confirmed, bring their child/children, thousands of miles on foot, to our border, are they not guilty of endangering the lives of their children?
We hear how dangerous, how life threatening that is, some coming 1000's of miles with no food or water, so, are these parents to be arrested when they hit our border? Is this not child endangerment?
If a parent leaves a child in a hot car by themselves for just a few minutes, they can be charged with a crime and arrested, and possibly lose their child. Few minutes versus few weeks, or months of endangerment.....is one endangerment greater than the other, or would they just be equal under the eyes of law......( if you answer they are not Americans and their actions were on foreign soil, then you lose already and your argument is null and void as they are exactly that, illegal, they are not entitled to be treated under our law and are actually breaking the law, thus, there is no need to house them or do anything except turn them away)
So, shouldn't these parents be arrested for putting their child/children in danger as well? So, then oh noes.. the child is separated from the parents.....but of course, here, I want to hear your excuses for why they shouldn't be separated and the parent not arrested.......the only argument is because you turn them away.
It funny, the "law" and how we are supposed to care for the illegal, show me where it says in any law to just wander up to our border and expect to be let in, come to our border and you immediately are taken into custody and housed and clothed and fed, because you, following the immigration law, were told that coming to the border is how to become an American citizen. ( if you answer they are seeking asylum and they just show up on the border instead of following the existing laws on the books, then you lose already and your argument is null and void as they are not follwoing the law)
$4 billion dollars that could have been used in so many better ways for this country.
