That is hilarious.... so, the Trump administration doesn't believe in free speech for "all Americans" then, do they? If you meet their criteria of being an "asshat"? It's perfectly acceptable for one of them to block you. The only problem is... that same criteria would have to apply to everyone with the power to block someone else (including forum administrators that have the power to ban people from their platform). If you think that person is an "asshat" you can block them... not just the Trump administration. Gorka is a moron for saying that.

I was just pointing out how stupid Gorka's argument was. In fact, he just made the case that it should be acceptable to block people on Twitter (which the Trump Administration is arguing against) as long as you think the person you're blocking meets the very subjective and ambiguous criteria of being considered an "asshat". Gorka is an idiot for saying that. It could absolutely be used against them in court.

Trump's hypocrisy on this subject is off the charts, remember, this is the same guy who talks about taking away the FCC License from CNN and changing libel laws when he is criticized. Trump only wants free speech when he is being praised, he's a big phony with a fragile ego.
