no real jokes about it, but I would be in the same boat as thinking differently about it the other way around. can't speak for everyone, but I think it's almost universal among guys to say "man, I wish a hot teacher would have sexed me up back when I was in high school". it's like the double standard for those that see homo sex between two guys as not ok, but just fine between two hot chicks. emphasis on hot, because it would not be ok if they weren't.

I for one, think its all wrong. I don't care if its a man, woman, Christian, Jew, Muslim, atheist, black, white, etc. Any of them mess with my kids, and they better pray the cops get them first.

I was referencing the discussion a few pages back about how soon/whether or not an argument would be made that we should be accepting of pedophiles/pedophilia on the basis that the person was born this way.

But at its core with homosexuality you were dealing with two consenting people.

Born that way or not if it does not involve two consenting people it cannot and will not be allowed. That's how rape works. That will not change.

No. Conservative has nothing to with small government and increased personal freedom (at least not to anyone on here). Conservatism is all about Jesus, abortions, wars, and American flag pins.

I said "defending them here a while back" I should've used a comma between them and here. That's just how I talk. I thought you were just calling me a liar, that I didn't see it. I can see how you thought I meant VN, so I'll apologize on my part for not understanding that you thought I meant VN. My bad. There is a fringe for anything and everything. Despite the extremists trying to make argument, there is not a big push in this country to have pedaphilia legalized.

I simply read this as an awful lot of folk who are made uncomfortable and angry by what's happening in the world grasping at straws. I'm not certain if it's a defense mechanism, or perhaps a way of discredit a legitimate movement by associating it with an illegitimate movement. It is fascinating to see how it manifests itself in the rhetoric of those who oppose the changing times.

I'd be interested to hear some opinions on porn. After all, it is fueled by sex trafficking and underage girls, and it is not uncommon for families to receive money for their services.

I didn't realize that the purpose of Amber Alerts were to provide a forum for bible thumping morality debates, but Hayleigh Wilson isn't NAMBLA eligible nor a zygote. Hopefully a VN member in NC that might have seen these two didn't skip over the alert due to the clutter. Hopefully the interstate message boards stay on point and these two are found before the 14 year old is impregnated by the 41 yo pedo.
