I really hate American Idol generally but since Lauren is my cuz I gotta pull for her on this one!

I know you're proud! I'm pulling for her too. Regardless of whether she wins Idol or not, she's already a winner!

Bit off topic - but WTF was up with the Pro-Gay infomercial near the end of Idol? Only problem I had with it was them using Woody from Toy Story to promote "Gay is Okay" message they were trying to send.

Wonder what would happen if I had a "Pro-Straight" commercial aimed at children airing on TV.

FTR - I can't stand Durbin and his screaming - I really hope he gets sent packing.

jmo, but you'll need a unique definition of better for James to be better than Haley. I'm not knocking James' talent, but as I've mentioned before he appeals to a limited audience that likely would not generate heavy record sales or air play.
