They bring in homeless from all over the country. Just for $. Cities from Oklahoma to Ohio to NC to Florida to Michigan send their homeless here via free bus tickets. There is only about 500 “real” homeless that are local and the rest (about 2k) are transplants, sex offenders and criminals hiding from other states

Naw. I've been to both. It's about the same.

Old City is particularly bad because of the Greyhound station.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone bitch about more regarding what they do than an EMS worker. They rank up there with kindergarten teachers.
