Anarchy In Portland

Looking at the mugshots, that should suffice.

No, I don't trust random posts placing an "x" on mugshots. It's just reckless. Maybe they do claim Antifa, maybe not. Even if they did, doesn't mean they did anything violent to get arrested.

It also runs counter to the narrative that protesters are not being arrested.. But, I guess people weren't suppose to apply much critical thought.

It was joke.

Is a goofy looking bunch none the less.

Portland Rioters: ‘Every City, Every Town, Burn the Precincts to the Ground’

The protest/riot in Portland last night was massive, by some counts almost 7500 people — certainly, there were several thousand.

The number of people who are involved in these actions is more than a little troubling, and the numbers are big, not just in Portland.

Remember how some Democrats tried to argue when they said defund the police, they really didn’t mean total abolition of the police? It was just about redirecting some of the money? Then some crazy cities actually voted to give them what they wanted, cutting by 50% or making other significant cuts.

So now what do they want? In case you bought the prior line, they make it very clear in their chants last night.

“No cops, no prisons, total abolition.”

The people who live in San Francisco aren't worried about tourism. They live there happily. Have you ever lived in a REAL city? Warm weather big cities will always have problems with the homeless.

San Francisco Relaxes Restrictions on Gay Bathhouses So They Can Contribute to the Economic Recovery

Great news in California. If you can’t go to church why not head off to your favorite gay bathhouse.
Gay bathhouses could have an easier time returning to San Francisco, after the board of supervisors approved an ordinance that would ease restrictions for adult sex venues on July 21 with a unaminous [this typo is not mine] vote.

This will amend the Heath Code, requiring the Director of Health to “adopt minimum health and safety standards” for commercial adult sex venues. It will also remove decades-old policies that required these businesses to monitor sexual activities and prohibited private rooms and locked doors.

“What this ordinance will do is allow for adult sex venues to be apart of our economic and cultural recovery when it is safe to do so,” Mandelman said in a July 9 meeting. “During the ’70s and early ’80s, bathhouses were a focal point of gay social life in San Francisco, and were important community meeting places for friends to gather to share stories, dance to the latest disco hits, or watch a live show.”

Personally I wish the feds would just leave these cities and let the rioter's burn em down. Once they get their way then move all of the federal courthouses to republican counties or cities away from the idiots of our society.

Obviously you have never been to San Francisco.

So, you gonna fire into a crowd of 1000 people who didn't shine a laser in their eye, or throw a fire bomb etc.. hoping you get the one that did?
I don’t think you should randomly fire into a crowd, but if I pick up a buddy and his friend, then his friend fires out of my car at someone, I’m accessory. Round them all up when a bad action occurs.
After 50+ nights of rioting, everyone there know what’s going to happen and is complicit

You seem to be triggered. Who knew you were such a snowflake?

I don't totally disagree. The trouble seems to begin after dark and the typical throwing tear gas back and forth has escalated to more dangerous actions. The peaceful folk do have to come to some agreement with the police on what isn't acceptable and prove that they're not condoning it, and do some intervention of their own.

Did they burn every city, every town, every precinct to the ground? No.

Well...test depth on a submarine inside the territorial waters of a hostile nation. Would that qualify?

Then again, I had no need to go out and get groceries, so...perhaps not.

I would love to pick your submariner brain, but know about sealed lips. Had a friend on the USS Alabama and got nothing, as I should.
