Andrew Gribble reporting Pearl committed violations in Sept and March

From Patrick Brown: "the dynamics of our case with the NCAA have evolved further, incl. additional violations committed on Sept. 14 & in March 2011."- Hamilton

violations aimed at trying to put a damper on fan anger about this situation and prove that there was no choice but to sack the guy. There is no way the staff committed a substantial violation this month given all the s-it going down--I call BS.

Mike Strange thinks that something might have happened when recruits came to the Kentucky game.

I wonder if they violated the "game day" rule, where they did game day like activities for the recruits?

He committed a violation four days after his Jimmy Swaggart press conference in which he rent his clothes and swore never to screw up again. Anything is plausible.

March 2011 violation probably not that big of a deal. But once you have lied to the boss, there is no such thing as a minor violation.

If that's true then the buyouts should be....

Pearl - $4.50 (+ free cut & style for Brandy at Alimony's)

Jones - subscription to GQ so he can learn to dress.

Shay - A Gillette Mach 3 to shave that jail pu$$y off his face.

Forbes - Gift certificate to Cici's.

To those that said the March one was probably trivial... do you not realize the situation we are in? There's no such thing as a trivial violation for us right now.

something does smell fishy. Hamilton just trying to save his arse probably.

Why would they be paying Bruce Pearl a $2million buyout if he is #1. Working without a contract, and #2 Committed addition violations and additional non-ncaa actions. Those 2 things just don't add up. You don't pay someone like that $2 million. you just kick them to the curb and say adios!
