Large scale protests erupted at CNN’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, on Friday evening as demonstrators sprayed graffiti on the building, set fires, and threw objects at law enforcement officials.

“SKYFOX5 flew over the CNN Center, located at 190 Marietta Street NW, where protesters could be seen climbing on top of the giant CNN letters outside the building,” Fox 5 Atlanta reported. “Graffiti littered the sides of the building. At one point one of glass doors to the front of the building was shattered by a demonstrator. Bottles were being thrown at police working to maintain order and prevent further damage.”

I'm going to start by saying there is absolutely no excuse for what those police officers did to George Floyd. None. It was absolutely despicable and was painful to watch.

With that being said, these are no longer protests we're seeing. The vast majority of these people aren't outraged over George Floyd's death. These are angry people who were looking for any excuse to raise chaos. They've chosen to George Floyd's death as their excuse. Never mind how it dishonors his memory.

The "Racism! Racism! Racism!" narrative that the liberal left has pushed for years has come to a head. Now this idea exists that crying "racism!" justifies taking horrific actions. Racism is horrible, and sadly it does exist in America, but two wrongs don't make a right.

The family of George Floyd deserves justice. Raising cane in the streets isn't justice.

The key difference being the Lockdown protesters had a coherent objective. That's actually a pretty important item you should bring to any protest.
