The so called experts are saying Teague is not committing this week. They say he is just listing his finalists. If true, I feel confident, B. Harris commits, on friday. Unless, my boy, Wickman is right, and it ends up being the TE from Farragut, J. Warren
I'm not condoning fans messaging recruits. I think it's generally a bad idea. But...
Can someone give a real world example of the NCAA handing out a recruiting violation for a fan interacting with a recruit on Twitter? How about an example of a school self-reporting a violation?
This happens hundreds/thousands of times a day and it's impossible to police. While it might be technically against NCAA guidelines, if there's no precedent for enforcement, then it really isn't a violation.
Listen, we're friends on twitter. We have just chatted in general but I did ask him a few questions on whether he still had visits left. Nothing to get him a recruiting violation. No different than everybody else that's friends with him on twitter.
Even his own teammates. Nothing to talk about here. Moving on. I did tell him regardless of where he ends up going I will be following his career. He's a really nice guys & seems like a kid with excellent character.
Besides guys, he starting "Following " me & not the opposite on twitter anyhow. He contacted me first but there's nothing to worry about guys. I can guarantee you all that.
You are really reaching, actually proving someone is a booster is not as easy as all that. And the NCAA rarely acts unless it's got a lot of proof and still sometimes nothing happens. See Miami and many others. Name we one case were a non booster was ever labeled a booster and sanctions were put on university for the actions. The NCAA isn't going after every penny annie story and small time accusation, it doesn't have the resources to investigate half of the stuff it does now. GBO!!!!
