true, but your game was the first game of the season. the A&M game was the last. A lot happened in between.

Just because Cal spanked A&M in their bowl game doesn't mean much.

In 2004, we spanked A&M in our bowl game too after having a 10 win season.

The next year we were pre-season ranked #3, had the #1 recruiting class coming in etc...

We finished, 5-6. :cray:

Which was our first losing season since 1988.

well after that incident and oski getting a little too "friendly" with the cheerleaders the administration started giving him breathalyzer tests in the late 90s. Judging by his behavior at the bowl game, I'm assuming that edict is no longer in effect.
