I really wanted them to win so I'd have a team to watch in the NC. Now, I have no reason at all to watch the NC game.

If you take anything away from how GA played yesterday then you are desperate, pathetic, and basically a bammer fan, so have fun banging your sister. Not a GA fan in the slightest, however you can tell they wanted that game and just came up a little short. It happens.

They had the ball with a chance to win the game at the end. What else can you really ask for? Choked? Hardly. They went toe to toe with Bama and almost came out on top, we should hope to be as lucky.

Their coach is similar to Dooley; just has a lot better talent. It was almost funny to see him react to some of the questions about his coaching ability and to the reaction of the reporters who asked hard questions but would not own up to them being his{ the reporter's} questions. Even though Richt has been it the SECC game two years in a row, his time at UGA are numbered.

I'd be willing to give my right nut if some of these posters who contribute nothing beyond trying to belittle other teams and coaches, etc., as well as even trashing some of our own players and coaches, would just go away.

If you want to complain... then complain about the actual performance and/or actions of someone. It is not necessary to belittle the player, coach, administration or team.

There's a difference between expressing disappointment and b!tching and whining.

to defend georgia with regard to the schedule.....

it's not their fault that tennessee and auburn are down. over the years, that's two teams that are ranked or what would normally be considered to be quality competition that aren't what they normally are.

on the flip side, no one (and talk to an lsu fan about this) says a word about alabama's schedule this year getting missouri and tennessee from the east while lsu had florida and south carolina.

spurrier cracked a joke the week of rivalry week or maybe even this week implying that bama and georgia are in this game because they had the weakest conference schedule.

I think Spurrier had a point when he proposed only counting divisional play to determine the champion.

Don't know if it was Murry or Richt that didn't want to spike the ball with 15 sec but that was not a good call to rush it. Either way Dawgs was that close to going to the NC game DAM BAMA is going again I hate them. For the record I don't like the Dawgs either.

Richt gets the blame even if Murray made the decision. A good coach would have had a Jr QB ready to handle that situation.
