I count a few GA alumni among my friends (originally from Atlanta). To a man, they have been nothing short of supportive of me during our recent bad times, and are among the classiest fans I know. That was an outstanding effort by a very good football team last night, and I'll be surprised if we are treated to a better game the rest of the year.

Everytime a team comes up short they choke? Choking means you get nervous and make big mistakes (on the field). Murrays pass was tipped, that is not a choke.
The error was clock management.

We're disappointed that we fell short to probably the eventual NC. But are proud of the way that we represented the SECE for the second straight season. And we look forward to giving it another shot in '13. Most UGA fans are knowledgeable enough about CFB, and are mature enough, to know that that game could have gone either way, as Saban himself said. This game will make us a stronger program, IMHO. :hi:

They do deserve it. It's stupid to penalize them for a close loss to Bama and reward Florida for not being good enough to make the SECCG.

If UT had lost a last second game to Bama in the SEC Championship, and had beaten UF during the regular season, you'd be "preaching" to your UGA friend as to why UT should deserve the Sugar over FL. :hi:

To be fair all good sec teams get 1 good win. Plus Florida choked that game more than uga won it. In the long run it didn't matter. Because uga will likely choke in the bowl game.

Florida didn't choke. Their luck ran out and UGA completely smothered their offense. Without big plays and turnovers, Florida has a tough time scoring.
