Anybody here think we will beat JawJaw next Sat??

Maybe GA will come in all beat up after playing LSU this weekend. I don't know which would be better for us - LSU beating GA, or GA beating LSU.

Can? Yes. Will? Odds are against it.

That said, Jones should be able to outcoach Richt. CMR seems to be a good, charitable man. He is a good recruiter with a great home recruiting base. He's never been better than an average coach which is why he doesn't regularly win championships.

This weekend will give you a clue. UGA plays LSU. How beat up will they be coming out of that game?

UT has an opportunity to pull some of the pieces together. If Worley has a big day tomorrow... not just "efficient"... then it could be interesting.

When the pieces fall together and enough of the various players and position groups on O grow up enough... things will start to look alot better. If they get there this year then it will seem to be "out of the blue".

If they beat LSU there is a chance but if they lose there is no way they will overlook us

I don't think it will make a difference. They are going to spend themselves emotionally vs LSU win or lose. They may still be good enough to beat UT anyway but it won't really be a matter of overlooking UT more or less based on the LSU game.

UT is a game they need to win the East.... but there is still a much bigger emotional investment in beating LSU.

FWIW, I think LSU will win the SEC championship this year and believe they will beat... and beat up... UGA tomorrow.

I really don't think so but I hope we can. S Alabama Mizzou Vandy Auburn and UK will be our winnable games

I have no clue as to why I think we can! If we can come out and blast S Alabama and gain back some heavy momentum, I think we will show up and give JawJaw all they can handle next week! Im going to fly in for it from Detroit...best home game of the year. This would be the HUGE win bUTch needs to show things are changing/going to change. We need that signature win so badly!

A couple bounces and breaks, solid play from Worley/FR QB's and 102,000 orange clad fans rocking Neyland....we can win that game guys!!

the 90s 10 and 2 was a bad year cabbie said Fulmer was only a 10 win coach i wonder if he is still driving today.:eek:lol:

It's a pretty good time for some of us.

It's perspective. My mom is on her fourth kind of chemo in three years fighting what started as Stage 1 ovarian cancer (should've been a cake walk for her.) A couple of brothers are taking their dad (dying from pancreatic cancer) to the GA game. Last time they'll ever have the opportunity to do that.

Our head coach is leading a team full of young men who work hard, represent the university with class, and give every effort they're capable of when they take the field.

There's a lot to feel good about when it comes to Tennessee football. :hi:

It's always good to have perspective. Hopefully 117 gives them a good fight. I imagine they will.

I'm Glad You're Around To Keep Things In Proper Perspective Sometimes.

I think Butch gets his signature win. I am not convinced their defense is that good ( The question is can our offense capitalize).
