I can just about throw a rock and hit Alabama then turn 45 degrees east and hit Georgia. Got to pump em up to protect the border down here!

Thank you EZE, were you in London with the Pride of the Southland band? I was there and I absolutely loved singing Ricky Top for the first time.

No, we actually brought our daughter to see Taylor Swift. But, we also visited Scotland, and I got a trip to Saint Andrews out of it. Didn’t play, but still a treat for me just to see it.

Live in ATL, and get 95% of any **** from Georgia fans. They have taken the cake from Bama as the most arrogant, entitled fanbase in the conference.

Occasionally hear it from the Gumps and an occasional USCjr fan, but talk from those two bases has quieted down significantly in recent years.

I live just north of Atlanta, so Athens is roughly an hour away. I still think Alabama fans are the worst but Georgia fans are rapidly approaching that level. Nothing tops grown adults audibly barking at people.
I'm 45 miles from Athens to the north. My hate for Georgia has surpassed everyone 😆

Lafayette, IN. Pronounced LAH-fay-yet up here.

I wear my Vol stuff 2x per week usually, especially on the weekends.

As you can imagine, Purdue fans abound up here. We live 8 miles from Purdue. They all want their FB coach fired, and haven't been relevant since Former Tennessee Head Coach Jeff Brohm left town for his alma mater.

Basketball season is upon us though. That's where all their energy goes.

Sucks I can't really brag about either major sport to them, because they'll just say "scoreboard", and they'll be right...

I live in KY and wore my Vols gear to work a lot when I was working on site. I got a lot of crap from some KY fans saying stuff like "you can't wear that up here". I put up with it for a while and laughed it off. Then I started replying back that if they moved to Tennessee because that's where their job was and they were doing what they had to do to support their family, would they leave their KY stuff behind? They all said hell no! So I would shrug and say well shut up then.

So I’m from Lubbock, TX and have to deal with all the red raider fans here in town. I was just wondering if any of y’all besides SEC towns have to deal with being a die hard fan but feeling like all these people love to see us lose. I was at the bar watching our game and I will just have to watch the meaningful ones at home from now on. I watch these crappy raiders play every week and you thought we were delusional😂. They just don’t understand what it means to us or at least me. I don’t say anything when the sanders sons are scoring all over y’all. They told me that they were a louder stadium than us. Lemme know if y’all have to kinda deal with this in your city
Nah, everyone here is from Knoxville.

Brag about baseball then!

I’m from Knoxville but have lived in different states over the years. Currently live in Casper, WY. The people here don’t say anything about our Vols but they live in their own little world of Mountain West fb and don’t understand why I don’t get into the Cowboys. Umm, because I like to watch real football lol.

Gawd, I envy you living in Wyoming. I'd targeted Wyoming, Montana and Idaho for retirement destinations. Got none of the 3. Gorgeous country in Wyoming.

Little Rock, Arkansas. People are good here, mostly reasonable fans that love the Hogs - vast majority of them felt fortunate to steal a big win over UT at home and don’t rub it in my face. But I’m sure part of that is because I don’t walk around like a big douche flashing Vol with my fingers and singing Rocky Top everywhere I go.

The best thing to come out of Lubbock is Buddy Holly. 🤓🎶

For perspective Texas Tech may have one of top 3 QBs of all time played there and does anyone look at their accomplishments? Not one BIG12 Championship to hang his head on.

We were looking at the same 3 but ultimately settled on WY because there’s no state tax and the cost of living is generally lower. We’ve been here for almost 3yrs now and there’s a lot about it we love, but there’s some stuff that isn’t so great either, but I guess anywhere is gonna have its pros and cons. It is absolutely stunning out here though that’s for sure.

I live in Denver and our alumni group has watch parties for all the games. We will get over 200 people for some games. We do share a bar with multiple schools, including Florida, but the bar is huge and has different areas, so they keep us separated. A lot of bars here are affiliated with different schools, so walking around on a Saturday downtown is pretty cool. The funny thing is that in Denver it seems like no one cares about CU.

I loved it there, but could not handle the winters 😆

Living in North Dallas it's mostly a mix of Texas and Oklahoma fans. A few A&M, TCU, and SMU grads scattered around. The oddballs like me or my neighbor Tar Heel don't really get much attention. Some of the Texas fans have gotten a bit mouthy this year after moving to the SEC though.

Kind of surprised you have issues in Lubbock. Have been up there quite a few times for games (mostly during the Leach days) and people were generally cool. Have a relative in the AD there who hooks me up with tickets whenever I want to head up.

I guess Vol fans getting trash talked at least means we are nationally relevant again ha ha. For about a decade there I usually got an "oh, I'm sorry" when I made my team preferences known
