Arizona Election Audit

It sounds like the Arizona Senate is moving ahead with canvassing in the next week or so. This is something that's gotten a lot of pushback from those opposing the audit but is needed to help sort out the discrepancies.

I wonder if those same people pushing back are ok with Biden’s door to door vaccine push?

Why this nonsense audit will fizzle:

It is unlikely the ninjas (that's still funny) will claim they have found massive fraud. That would be uncovering a major crime. The ninjas would then have to voluntary turn the evidence over to the JD or the JD will subpoena it or take it via search warrant. They will also get all electronic or written communications between parties including those who hired them. The DOJ has already warned them about destroying or losing material related to the audit.

The ninjas have already abandoned their plan to go door to door to interview voters. Again the DOJ has advised them to not intimidate or harass any voters. To do so would open them up to possible criminal and civil prosecution. There's very fine line between questioning and intimidating.

If they claim the voting machines were tampered with on a very large scale (10s of thousands of votes) they will also have to prove it. It would be surprising if they have any more luck than Rudy, the Krackin woman or Lou.

In the end they will likely say something like "well, there was widespread massive fraud, we will stay on the case and release more information as it comes available". So we're back to square one: A wretchedly sad creature wandering the halls of his mansion at night alone is his bathrobe trying to tap "STOP THE STEAL" into his no longer functioning Twitter account.

Nine months since the election and nada, zilch, nothing. Oh, wait, I think one elderly lady in PA with dementia mailed in her husbands ballot.

'Botched': Arizona GOP's ballot count ends, troubles persist

“Not even a shred of being salvaged at this point,” said Sen. Paul Boyer, the first Republican state senator to publicly come out against the audit in May. “They’ve botched it at so many points along the way that it’s irrecoverable.”

"On Wednesday night, Logan ended months of silence about who was paying him when he said a whopping $5.7 million had been contributed by political groups run by prominent Trump supporters including Michael Flynn, Sidney Powell, Patrick Byrne and correspondents from One America News Network."

Imagine that!

??

Paid content for their "news network" I guess.

The sad thing is that we're all forced to use Twitter to get our news.
Most of y’all. I don’t put me in that group. I don’t do any social media outside of VN. But yes it’s sad how the average person hangs on the social media platforms to the point that it’s use for misinformation can be argued to be undermining the Republic.

This article is just another attempt to shape public opinion for when the final report comes out in mid August. Notice how they never say exactly how it was botched. We are just supposed to take their word that the audit was botched because they say so. I will wait and see what the final report has to show. There has already been quite a bit revealed and they haven't even gotten into the meat yet.

Boyer is one of the reasons the Senate has
not been able to enforce the subpoenas for the routers and other items they need. It should not be a surprise at this point that there are going to be Republicans who are against these audits. There are plenty of Republicans who don't want the people to know how our elections really work. Michelle Urgente-Rita has since joined him in bashing the audit. It was quite comical seeing her get booed off stage during her speech in Arizona a few weeks ago. See article below discussing Boyer

Arizona GOP Chairwoman Issues Threat to Election Audit Officials

As far as Ken Bennet quitting, it had to do with him leaking information out. They have said from the start they did not want numbers leaked until the final report was complete.

According to your earlier post, the "hand count" of ballots was finished in mid-June. What have they been doing for the last six weeks?

Verifying and investigating the validity of ballots, finding and matching duplicate ballot number..in which many weren't found. Making sure the paper used is the correct paper, bleed the marker issue and waiting for completion of the Subpoena that were issued which oh btw illegal..but rules for thee but not for me..right dems???

Reinstatement Month is here!

When's the big day?

I’m counting down….

That was the hand recount. Because the numbers didn't match Maricopas totals the Senate ordered a machine count of the total number of ballots. This was in addition to the hand recount.
