Arizona Election Audit

Like I said before, we're a bitterly divided country and its apparently never going to change. You can pretend that most people support this corrupted system of gov. we now have, but you couldn't be more wrong.
I haven't pretended anything. Check my posts. I oppose Trump. That you draw mindless speculation from that is your problem. Trump is at least the scum level of Biden. That you think he's just "unlikable" is laughable. He'll go down in history as being able to pull the greatest con of all time. He'll write a book about people like you.

Government policies that increase the costs of living certainly detract from your liberty to use your money for other interests.
Jobs pay now more than ever. Especially those that don't require a college education. It's actually pretty much a wash

Taxes increase with income, and inflation due to monetary policy decreases spending power. So you make more so you can buy the same goods that just cost more - some significantly more. Those US jobs with higher wages attached make the corresponding US manufactured goods less competitive in the world market and against foreign made goods in the domestic market, so the economy suffers there too. For the consumer there is no positive with respect to inflation.

I didn't get the memo on the increased interest rates😜

Because numbers 5 and 6 were done by way of executive orders, rather than legislation, they were easily undone once Biden took office. His only lasting legacy will be the 3 appointments to the Supreme Court, and the many appointments to the federal judiciary. That was more the result of good fortune, than any actual achievement on his part, however. Trump had a Republican majority in the Senate, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg couldn't quite make it to January 20th. That and his two impeachments are the Trump legacy. Wow. How impressive.
Was he found guilty at his impeachment trials??

Ummm nope...because there was ZERO proof...yets you Cling to those **** shows as if they actually meant something other then a big circle for Pelosi and crew..

You’ve got a crackpot that the rest of the world laughs at, a lifelong politician, criminal, lying piece of scum that can’t read a teleprompter or climb a set of stairs is pretty much all the sane and rational people need.
The lack of self-awareness from you guys never ceases to amaze.

************************

If you remove the phrase "a lifelong politician" from this post, then your attack applies just as much to Donald Trump, as it does to Joe Biden.

* A crackpot that the rest of the world laughs at?

CHECK.

I won't address the petty insult "crackpot". That is just emotionally-driven, and immature name-calling. However, Donald Trump was literally laughed at during a speech to a United Nation's General Assembly in September of 2018, after boasting that his administration had "accomplished more in two years than any other administration ever had." Trump tried to laugh it off himself, but while doing so, he admitted that he wasn't trying to be funny when he made that boast, and he had not anticipated the laughter from the crowd, which was comprised of foreign dignitaries and diplomats.

There is also a YouTube video of Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, mocking Donald Trump during a candid moment during the NATO anniversary celebration in London from December of 2019. Prime Minister Trudeau was speaking to a small gathering of world leaders, which included French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and the Prime Minister of The Netherlands, Mark Rutte, when Justin Trudeau said this :

"He (obviously, meaning Donald Trump) was late because he takes a 40 minute press conference at the top," ... upon hearing that, Prime Minister Mark Rutte is heard scoffing, "He was in a hurry. I've seen it take longer than that to put make-up on him, and brush his hair."

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau then says, "You just watch his team's jaws drop to the floor," while the other leaders look on with bemused expressions.

... and those people represent a collection of leaders from America's closest allies. How do you suppose America's enemies talk about Trump, when they don't know they are being recorded? Donald Trump is an even bigger joke around the world, than he is here.

* Criminal?

CHECK (... possibly?).

This one is still pending, but it sure looks like it will end up that way. Donald Trump is currently the subject of a criminal investigation probe being conducted by the New York Attorney General. New York Attorney General, Letitia James, has been investigating allegations that the Trump Organization altered property values to avoid tax liabilities. On May 18, 2021, a spokesperson for New York's Attorney General said, "We have informed the Trump Organization that our investigation into the organization is no longer purely civil in nature. We are now actively investigating the Trump Organizations in a criminal capacity, along with the Manhattan D.A."

* Lying piece of scum?

CHECK.

Once again, I will avoid addressing the use of a petty insult (scum), which is open to subjective interpretation, but as far as Trump being a proven, habitual liar? Donald Trump lies constantly.

Here are 3 lies which Donald Trump told as the President of the United States:

(1) In July of 2017, Donald Trump lied to a pool of reporters while aboard Air Force One, when he said the June 9, 2016 meeting at Trump Tower between Paul Manafort, Jared Kushner and Donald Trump Jr. with surrogates of the Russian government, including Natalia Veselnitskaya, was only arranged for the purpose of discussing the repeal of the Magnitsky Act and the resumption of adoptions by American families of Russian children. In an e-mail exchange with Rob Goldstone, the man who organized the meeting, it is clear that all of those involved in this meeting, knew its primary purpose was to discuss dirt on Hillary Clinton.

(2) In March of 2018, then-President Donald Trump also lied about not having knowledge of a hush money payment that had been made to stripper/porn star, Stormy Daniels, in October of 2016. A check payable to her was later revealed to have included Donald Trump's signed endorsement.

(3) Donald Trump also claimed over 100 times as President of the United States that he was the one who got the Veteran's Choice program passed after other presidents had tried and failed for years. In fact, it was President Barack Obama who had signed the Veteran's Choice health care program into law in 2014. Donald Trump continued to tell this lie even after it's inaccuracy had been publicly brought to his attention. In a press conference in August of 2020, Donald Trump repeated this lie for the final time in office. Trump was called out for it by a member of the press corps... but he didn't respond to it. Donald Trump just smirked and walked out of the briefing. Trump has no shame when it comes to dishonesty.

* Can't read a teleprompter?

CHECK.

From constantly mispronouncing and slurring words, to nonsensical syntax errors, Donald Trump has never had a smooth delivery when reading from a teleprompter.

In a rambling Oval Office speech concerning the Coronavirus in March of 2020, Donald Trump mispronounced the words "counting" and "coronavirus" multiple times.

During a memorable speech from July 4, 2020, President Donald Trump spoke these less than eloquent words (verbatim):

"In a few moments, we will bear witness to awesome aircraft representing every major conflict over the last 75 years. These planes once launched off massive aircraft carriers in the fiercest battles of World War II. They raced through the skies of Korea's MiG alley. They carried American warriors into the dense fields and jungles of Vietnam. They delivered a swift and swippian... and you know that's sweeping... It was swift and it was sweeping like nobody's ever seen anything happen. A victory in Operation Desert Storm. A lot of you were involved in that. A lot of you were involved. That was a quick one. And they've gone on to dangerous missions all around the world to take out enemy terrorists and bring our soldiers home safely." - President Donald Trump, July 4, 2020

* Can't climb a set of stairs?

CHECK.

Admittedly, there is some speculation involved with this one... Per an article in thesun.co.uk, from October of 2017: Donald Trump has long been rumored to suffer from the unusual phobia of having a fear of falling down stairs. This issue was raised in 2017 when Trump appeared to need help from Senator Mitch McConnell to get up a short flight of stairs back to the White House. Sen. McConnell could be seen offering Trump an arm to cling to as the two of them scaled a grand total of 4 steps together. It was later reported that officials planning Donald Trump's state visit to Britain had discussed ways of keeping Trump from stairs after they had read reports of his phobia of steps and slopes. By design, speaking event organizers stage Donald Trump's speeches to be delivered from the ground floor of buildings, or platforms which are accessible by either an elevator or an escalator, rather than a dreaded staircase.

Finally, were you speaking about "the sane and rational people" who breached the United States Capitol building on January 6th, because they thought they could help overturn the outcome of an American Presidential Election... or did you have other "sane and rational people" in mind?

Meh. My reaction to statements like that are the same as ones saying it was happening to trump. It's bs. They may laugh but they sure as shat listen. Biden and Trump both are/were leaders of the strongest military and economy on earth. You are taken very seriously. It's very stupid to pretend otherwise.
These things are not exclusive. Yes, Merkel and Macron will take whatever halfwit we put in office seriously. That won’t stop the UN assembly from laughing in his or her face during a speech.

The United Nation's General Assembly was definitely laughing at Donald Trump in September of 2018, after Trump repeated a frequent boast of his - that his administration had accomplished more in his first two years in office, than any other presidential administration in American history. Trump didn't always know how to address an audience, whenever he was speaking to something other than an adoring crowd of supporters. Trump's propensity to boast, led to some awkward moments, during those times.

Sure, the power that the office of the President of the United States commands, is well-respected and taken very seriously by other world leaders... but clearly, Donald Trump as a person, was not. Trump is an even bigger joke abroad, than he is here.

He’s just being contrary. He doesn’t actually care about any of those things

Sure I do, I wholly believe that we need a secure border and to control the flow of migrants however I also believe a gagillion dollar fence is a laughable way to accomplish it.

This is simply wrong. I can point to a statement from Tennessee's own veteran Republican (but currently retired) Senator Lamar Alexander... who now lives in his hometown of Maryville, by the way.

In a statement posted to his Twitter account in January of 2020, Senator Lamar Alexander (Republican - Tennessee), acknowledged that House managers had proven an allegation contained in one of the Articles of Impeachment "with a mountain of evidence," that then-President Donald Trump had withheld aid to the Ukraine for the purpose of "encouraging" (Sen. Alexander's choice of words; not mine) an investigation into a political rival (Joe Biden) of his. Sen. Alexander also stated his belief that this action from President Donald Trump was inappropriate.

Sen. Lamar Alexander (R - TN) offered that conclusion as the justification for the Republican-controlled Senate's decision to not allow any more witnesses, such as John Bolton or Lev Parnas, to be called to testify during the Senate Trial of President Donald Trump held in January of 2020. Sen. Alexander explained that no additional witnesses were necessary, because the House manager's had already proven their case beyond any room for reasonable doubt.

Sen. Alexander's determination was that although President Donald Trump was guilty as charged of an allegation brought forth in an Article of Impeachment, President Trump's conduct did not rise to the level of being "an impeachable offense", and therefore, did not justify President Trump's conviction and removal from office either... in his opinion.

What's going on with this damn "audit"?

I think they're waiting on Mel Brooks to finish the script and his arranger to put together the musical numbers.

Wondering if Rick Moranis will be coming out of retirement to play Cyber Ninja #1.

Spoiler alert: it makes fun of everyone. No one comes out of this looking like a hero, not from any party.

Was he convicted??

It was politically feasible for most Senate Republicans to vote for acquittal, and so most of them did. It is a political exercise, where evidence and the law take a back seat to the political calculations of (mostly) career politicians.
Your answer is no....its a yes or no question. Why is it so hard to answer....
