As was just pointed out to you... a House Impeachment Hearing, followed by a Senate Impeachment Trial do not involve a court of law. They are more accurately described as being "political exercises", which involve individual political calculations being made by ambitious, career-minded politicians, than described as being actual legal proceedings.Really. In a court of law your are guilty or innocent...he was tried which is what Impeachment is...and was not convicted...
We are just going to stop at the first one for now. Show me evidence that the rest of the world is laughing at Biden. Because I can certainly show you examples of the world laughing at Trump.
Lol okayOh come on man, you know the rest of the world is laughing at this fool. We know he's embarrassing. You didn't have to read Georgia fan jokes to know Butch and the turnover garage can was stupid af.
Your post reminds me of the difference in book sense and common sense. You're not alone. You had a get along group of likes.
Impeachment is for the legislative body to bring forth charges of misconduct...in order for those charges to stick 2/3 of the body needs to convict...did they do that??? Yes or no...its simple..As was just pointed out to you... a House Impeachment Hearing, followed by a Senate Impeachment Trial do not involve a court of law. Australian TV channel calls Biden ‘barely cogent’ leader ‘who couldn’t find his way home after dark’We are just going to stop at the first one for now. Show me evidence that the rest of the world is laughing at Biden. Because I can certainly show you examples of the world laughing at Trump.
Believe me, I am aware of how you see it.
It's not that simple, because the votes which are made either for conviction or for acquittal, involve a political calculus, rather than just an examination of witness testimony and of the evidence presented during the trial, in conjunction with the legal arguments from the opposing counsels.Impeachment is for the legislative body to bring forth charges of misconduct...in order for those charges to stick 2/3 of the body needs to convict...did they do that??? Yes, I asked for proof he was being laughed at around the world. Not anti-democratic propaganda from far right commentators. Surely you see the difference. You asked for proof I submitted Biden being made fun of.....by other countries...he is a joke and everyone knows..
The United Nation's General Assembly was definitely laughing at Donald Trump in September of 2018, after Trump repeated a frequent boast of his - that his administration had accomplished more in his first two years in office, than any other presidential administration in American history. Trump didn't always know how to address an audience, whenever he was speaking to something other than an adoring crowd of supporters. Trump's propensity to boast, led to some awkward moments, during those times.
There is also a video on YouTube of Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, mocking Donald Trump during a candid moment during the NATO anniversary celebration in London from December of 2019. Prime Minister Trudeau was speaking to a small gathering of world leaders, which included French President Emmanuel Macron, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and the Prime Minister of The Netherlands, Mark Rutte, when Trudeau said this:
"He (obviously talking about Trump) was late because he takes a 40 minute press conference at the top," ... upon hearing this, Prime Minister Rutte can be heard scoffing, "He was in a hurry. I've seen it take longer than that to put make-up on him, and brush his hair."
Prime Minister Trudeau then says, "You just watch his team's jaws drop to the floor," while the other leaders look on with bemused expressions.
Sure, the power that the office of the President of the United States commands, is well-respected and taken very seriously by other world leaders... but clearly, Donald Trump as a person, was not. Trump is an even bigger joke abroad, than he is here.
He was aquitted of the chargesIt's not that simple, because the votes which are made either for conviction or for acquittal, involve a political calculus, rather than just an examination of witness testimony and of the evidence presented during the trial, in conjunction with the legal arguments from the opposing counsels.
* From within a proceeding which involved individual political calculations made by politicians who keep what they believe to be in the best interest of their careers at the forefront of their decisions on how to vote. The actual perceived guilt or innocence of the defendant is secondary during such a proceeding. He was aquitted of the charges
This isn't a hard concept
Acquittal definition
- a judgment that a person is NOT GUILTY of the crime with which the person has been charged.
If they could prove the wrongness of the result with the ballots, they wouldn't be tossing out screenshots of computer gobbledygook to make their case. No, people are looking for a different result. Ballots have been counted by hand. Now there are nitwits looking for bamboo in the paper and other assorted nonsense.
You keep repeating it doesn't make it true.. even after the Dems had full control they still acquitted his last Impeachment... your continuous repeating was just proven wrong...because by your gibberish above...for political best interest. Would be to be on the side of those in charge yet...it didnt happen...* From within a proceeding which involved individual political calculations made by politicians who keep what they believe to be in the best interest of their careers at the forefront of their decisions on how to vote. It's not a hard concept, but a Senate Impeachment Trial is slightly more complicated than how you are trying to present it.
