Did the judge sanction the attorneys for making claims in interviews or did she sanction them for making baseless claims in a lawsuit? There is a rather large difference.

Also, the fact that you rely on some hack with 475 followers for your arguments is pitiful. My teen aged daughter has nearly 100,000 followers. I can get her to provide you with some hair brained political arguments, as well.

Not that it matters but where are you coming up with 475 followers. That hack has 127k followers (not that it matters). The video compilation shows exactly what it shows and it doesn't matter who shares it. It simply speaks for itself.

Rumble is what happens when big tech thinks it is ok for them to decide what my opinion is and what opinions are being shared. The simple fact that you are completely ok with this says all we need to know about you.

As part of the order for sanctions, the judge goes into detail about why the some of the all-important affidavits that people claim were never reviewed by the courts, were worthless. Looks like in fact they were reviewed and the lawyers couldn't answer basic questions about their relevance or how the law was violated. In fact, one affidavit is referred to as "a masterclass on making conjectural leaps and bounds."

People have leapt to conclusions about how all the lawsuits were dismissed on technicalities and not on merits. I have seen some claim that any case dismissed on a Motion to Dismiss is not based evidence. Some of them were dismissed based upon a lack of evidence. That is not a technicality, but rather a failure of evidence.

You maintain the default position of the election was fraudulent just like the cyber ninjas guy. Do you not understand why the report will be worthless? They have hired a guy who believes there was fraud and staffed his auditors with like minded people. They clearly do not understand election procedures and failed to follow their own procedures. This guy has been hired not to determine whether there were issues, but rather to find issues. My prediction is this report will give the Trump crowd talking points and "proof" but it will be completely discredited upon review by others. However, the Trump crowd will never remember or acknowledge that tidbit.

PHOENIX – Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that his office (AGO) determined the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (MCBOS) is in violation of state law for failing to comply with the Arizona Senate’s legislative subpoena related to the 2020 election audit. If MCBOS does not change course, the AGO will notify the Arizona Treasurer to withhold Maricopa County’s state-shared funds as required under the law.
"We are notifying the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors that it must fully comply with the Senate’s subpoena as required by the law,” said Attorney General Mark Brnovich. “Our courts have spoken. The rule of law must be followed."​

The infighting between the two Republican factions is fascinating to behold. It's akin to how I feel watching Florida and Alabama play each other.

You couldn't make this sh*t up if you tried; a KAREN posturing for her Trump laden base at the expense of other Republican's - a move that will cost the taxpayers unnecessarily, gives them all a black eye and will end in disaster for both.

Imagine what would happen if no murder charges were ever tried because they were just allegations and the state didn't have a charter and means to investigate. This is where the stalemate happens when the people alleging misconduct in the voting system step in with observations but without owning the materials to prove it, without the means to force access to voting records, and without the means to investigate like prosecutors and cops can a murder. In short, we are no better about protecting rights to question the state than the USSR was back in its prime. You can't prove an assertion if you can't legally obtain or hold the evidence; the state wins, the private citizen doesn't.

There is no mechanism for removing a President that I am aware of except impeachment proceedings. That would put the current VP in charge. While I am absolutely sure that there was significant cheating going on in this past election, the die hards who think Trump will be re-instated are are deluding themselves.

Trump is not that stupid. He is simply gearing up for 2024 - first 2022 though to take back the house.
