My opinion is shared by the Cyber Ninjas:

Maricopa County election officials had an accurate count, and Joe Biden won Maricopa County.

Actually, that's not just an opinion now is it? No, that's called a fact.

One thing that stood out to me was they took the high road and did not reveal who this person was. They are turning the information over to Attorney General Mark Brnovich.

Karen Fann's statement from earlier this afternoon speaks volumes. Maricopa County election officials got it right. The Republican State Legislature has no choice but to claim (even without proof) that there was at least some fraud. They spent $6 million and 5 months of time on this. They can't admit to their constituents that it was all a complete waste. So, they are doing some of what you are doing right now: Spinning.

Those ballots were not proven to be fraudulent. Once again, the Cyber Ninjas should have matched voters with official data maintained by the Maricopa County election's office. This would have answered questions raised by the commercial data. The Cyber Ninjas did not take this important step, however. Without that context, it can't just be assumed that those ballots are fraudulent..

I'm not defending anything. There is not a damn thing for me to defend. I think the results of the 2020 Presidential Election were valid. After all this time, fraud has still not been proven.

I think the Cyber Ninjas should have matched voters with official data maintained by the county. That would have explained discrepancies in the commercial data. They didn't do that... and you can't just assume that those ballots were fraudulent.

I saw a report of over 16,000 duplicate ballots? I just got off from my second job so not sure validity or anything

LOL! If fraud had been conclusively proven during the course of this audit, then the Cyber Ninjas would have felt comfortable with allowing that to reflect in their vote tallies. However, if they had done that, then they would have to prove that the fraud had indeed occurred - and they know they can't do that. So, all they are left with is speculation - the same as you.

... and this has to be a gut punch to Trump's ego. He was counting on this, and it was a spectacular fail. Can he accuse the auditor, Doug Logan and the Cyber Ninjas, of being biased against him this time? LOL! No, he can't.

If Trump does keep this audit crap going in other states, it will begin to take on a very pathetic appearance. He should let it go.

Actually you're the ass. The audit was funded PRIVATELY as you've been told before, so how much did AZ Sen. Repubs "pay"?
And I'll remind you that I told you this audit was the perfect outcome; Repubs hand-picked FOUR audit companies would either declare fraud or no fraud. If fraud declared it would have to withstand it's own very public audit. If no declaration of fraud, game over both in AZ and nationally. What will you now spend the next five months fretting over? Or the next four years, for that matter? That's at least how long you've been an insipid mess.

Voting laws should be passed. Democrats waged hundreds of lawsuits around the country to ILLEGALLY bypass state legislatures, and courts/governors, sec. of states/election boards ILLEGALLY enabled or functionally carried out those violations of the U.S. and state constitutions.

Next time you need to know what to think, tune out MSNBC and just ask me.

I didn't mean to say that Republicans paid for the audit. I meant that the Republican-controlled State Senate had commissioned the audit, as I said earlier in the post... and they did. I will correct.

Thats the big thing people are missing. This is one county (yes, a large one) in a state that was decided by 10,000 votes. My question is what was deleted?? This in itself is enough to decertify Arizona. What else was done to get to where we are today. All of the obstructions by Maricopa County. At this point anybody who defends Maricopa County's actions is a fool.
