Arizona Election Audit

The Cyber Ninjas audit of the 2020 Presidential General Election results in Maricopa County, Arizona was commissioned by the Republican-controlled State Senate in Arizona. In a hearing from earlier this afternoon, Republican State Senate President Karen Fann acknowledged that the Cyber Ninjas' final vote totals were close to the official Maricopa County tally:

"This is a true statement. They were close." Republican State Senate President, Karen Fann

It was Karen Fann who hand-picked the Cyber Ninjas to conduct this audit. Now, Republicans can't just leave it at that. Their reputations are on the line. The Cyber Ninjas crafted their report in such a way that it can be claimed that fraud was at least possible, even though the vote totals don't bear out that it actually happened.

These vote totals should be of profound embarrassment to Republicans in the Arizona State Senate. They commissioned a 5 month report from a firm run by a fanatical Trump supporter (Doug Logan), not only to confirm that Joe Biden won Maricopa County, but to also show that the original tally by Maricopa County election officials had short-changed his victory.

From the Cyber Ninjas audit:

Joe Biden gained 99 votes
Donald Trump lost 261 votes

That is a net gain of 360 votes for Joe Biden in Maricopa County. Anything other than that bottom line is partisan spin... or even gaslighting.

It was a blue font moment.

I can't wait to get home to read the rest of this, my campus has blocked Telegram so I miss all the juicy bits.

Even if fraudulent ballots at a greater number than the margin of victory?
You are probably referring to the contention that 23,344 ballots were cast by voters who no longer live at the address at which they are registered (if that is not what you are talking about, then be more specific). That figure is meaningless without more context. The Cyber Ninjas matched voters with commercial data, rather than official data maintained by the county's election office. Those who cast ballots but now live in different areas may have moved since the election.

Garrett Archer, a former top aide in the Arizona Secretary of State's office, who now reports for Phoenix's ABC affiliate explained that the official data maintained by the county would have answered questions raised by the commercial data - but the Cyber Ninjas didn't take that step.

"They didn't go far enough." - Garrett Archer

Without more context, it is ridiculous to assume that all of those ballots were fraudulently cast.

In the words of the auditors themselves:

"There were no substantial differences between the hand count of the ballots provided and the official canvass results for the County. This is an important finding because the paper ballots are the best evidence of voter intent and there is no reliable evidence that the paper ballots were altered to any material degree."

At this point, there is no need for anyone who believes that the 2020 Presidential Election results were valid to spin anything. There is ZERO conclusive proof of voter fraud, of a more significant degree than what typically happens during a Presidential Election.

The spin is only coming from one side at the moment... and it is entertaining to observe.

The count is irrelevant, when a number of them are fraudulent. The AZ state legislature audit disagrees with your sentiment that there was no fraud.

I'm not sure why any of you Biden lovers in here are celebrating. Maricopa County did anything but run a clean election. Unless you were one of the few who honestly thought Trump would be reinstated when this was not a nothingburger. I don't know what all details have already been posted here but there were absolutely some stunning things in this report.

Both Maricopa County Audits did not find any internet history (Never exposed to the internet).

Ben Cotton, in this audit found these voting machines and servers connected to the internet.

1. EMS Server

2. EMS Client Workstations

3. Adjudication Workstations

4. REWEB 1601

5. REGIS 1202

Ben Cotton of CyFir—

Election system has no accountability.

Shared passwords

Shared accounts

No logging of system changes.

Sen. Warren Petersen, Judiciary Chair

1. Most troubling is MCBOS obstruction to audit

2. Numbers don't reconcile

3. It appears they broke the law

4. Churning of logs

5. Chain of Custody issues

6.

7. Failure to preserve data files

8. Envelopes signatures

Looking forward to working with colleagues and AG.

Ben Cotton—Maricopa County failed to preserve Security logs

Maricopa County claimed that updating critical system update for security would invalidate certification of voting system. However, there were over 1400 Dominion executable files updated just before the election.

According to Maricopa's own rules, machines should be decertified!!!

There is no conclusive proof that any of them were fraudulent. The Cyber Ninjas should have matched voters with the official data maintained by the county's election office. It would have cleared up any concerns. They did not.

Karen Fann's statement from earlier this afternoon speaks volumes. Maricopa County election officials got it right. The Republican State Legislature has no choice but to claim (even without proof) that there was at least some fraud. They spent $6 million and 5 months of time on this. They can't admit to their constituents that it was all a complete waste. So, they are doing some of what you are doing right now: Spinning.
