No I don't think the election was fair. Well let me correct that statement, with the fly by the seat of the pants rules used in many states there was ample opportunity for every interested party to cheat. So yeah it was fair. But you continue to ignore my point which is nothing but minor issues will be found. There will be just enough found so the R establishment can say "see I told you" and the D establishment to do the same.

Trump didn't really specify. He said he only likes people who weren't captured so I guess that means he disrespected ALL POWs.

If you think it's OK to have election rules that allow both parties ample opportunities to cheat and that makes it ok, you're part of the problem.

He was talking about McCain. McCain deserves respect as any veteran does for his service. However, McCain, other Republicans like him, and Democrat politicians are an enemy to the people of this country.

I don't think it's ok at all but it's reality and since they are who's in charge it's not changing anytime soon.

If you think this country is ever getting any better without a fight, you're insane. It might not happen in our lifetime, but eventually people in this country will be completely out in the open under the boot heel of the government.

1. We will end up under a 1 party authoritarian rule that we willingly accept due to some "crisis".
2. We balkanize.

This **** isn't getting fixed.

1. Is already here.
2. Shouldn't be off the table. I would rather be dead than to let a country go that so many have made the ultimate sacrifice to achieve. Also, unlike many on here I think this countries founding principles make it the best bar none. I wouldn't have it any other way.

The first two sentences are allegations which have been debunked... and Joe Biden isn't "massively unpopular". Sorry to point this out but Biden's Real Clear Politics Average Approval Rating is currently 53.1%. That is higher than Donald Trump's ever was as President. Trump's Average Approval Rating on Real Clear Politics never even reached 50%. Biden received 53.1% of the popular vote to Donald Trump's 46.9%. That is consistent with what the national polls projected in the final month of the campaign.

I'm not claiming anything. I'm just pointing to the fact that Biden's RCP Average Approval Rating is much higher now than Donald Trump's ever was as President... and the national polls had Biden leading anywhere from 4% to 6% in October. The only true surprise was Georgia.

Because a popular president would have more views to speeches and would have a consensus of popularity on all polls. There are polls that show him to be very unpopular. Political polls are notoriously wrong. What about the blue wave that was predicted in congress through polls? How correct were they?

I understand that polls are fallible... but the only current poll on Real Clear Politics which has him under 50% is the right-leaning Rasmussen Reports. His current average is 53.8%.

I agree that it's not as bad as it's made out to be by the MSM but disagree that we will come together. We are now more diverse in interests than ever before, there is more of a separation between urban and rural than ever before. Look, we've had a good run. We're about the longest lasting republic in history so it has to end at some point, they all have.

No, there is a great rift in the country. You don't have civil unrest when things are going "well". We are not coming together, people are digging in, entrenching themselves without using common sense. We are minimizing personal responsibility and rewarding impulsiveness.

I'm not sure how people could look at the current climate of this country and come to the conclusion the country is doing well.
