No federal law is being broken. If there were any Federal voter laws broken, it was during the 2020 election. Things like allowing outside private organizations direct access to voter rolls. Where was your outrage at this? It doesn't matter, the AZ audit will continue. In spite of what you or a corrupt BIden DOJ want.

Federal law clearly states that election records must be safe-guarded and preserved. If the Department of Justice has evidence that the third party contractor known as "Cyber Ninjas Inc." isn't in compliance with this federal law, then the DOJ has the authority to investigate their (Cyber Ninjas Inc.) practices during the audit, which is currently being conducted in the state of Arizona.

Once again, under the Supremacy Clause, found in Article VI, section 2 of the United States Constitution, both the Constitution and federal law supersedes state law.

There is documented proof that private entities had direct access to voter rolls during the 2020 election? Where is your outrage over this. There's no proof of what you or the corrupt Biden DOJ is claiming here. I'd add, if they had something they'd already have stopped the audit. The AZ audit will continue.

Nobody has, at least as of now, alleged that a federal law has been broken. However, if the Department of Justice has evidence that "Cyber Ninjas Inc." isn't safe-guarding and preserving election records, then they have the right to investigate the matter.

What worries me is when they release the findings. If they come out and say they found nothing are you and others going to give up on this whole election fraud BS? Or if they do find something, is it legit? We already know the owner of Cyber Ninjas believes there was fraud. Will he "find some" just so he doesn't have to admit he was wrong? If they wanted a legit, private, 3rd party to do the THIRD audit, why did they not pick an unbiased company to do it?

The Department of Justice isn't claiming anything yet. It does appear as if the DOJ might conduct an investigation into whether or not Cyber Ninjas Inc. is in compliance with federal law, concerning the safe-guarding and preservation of election records, but you are correct with one point:

The Arizona audit will continue... and regardless of whatever conclusion is reached, Joe Biden will continue being the President of the United States.

No one will ever convince me that elections in this country are fair. There is far too much of the human element involved. Counts could be done with simple PC's with simple counting programs. With pc's that actually have no network hardware in them whatsoever. Counts could be done 20 min after polls closed.

"Cyber Ninjas Inc." has never even had the responsibility of conducting an audit of an election before (statewide or local)... but now, they are being trusted with auditing results from a Presidential election? LOL!

There is only one reason that "Cyber Ninjas Inc." was chosen by Republicans in the Arizona state legislature for this audit, and that reason couldn't be anymore transparent...

They were chosen because of the publicly expressed bias of their owner, Doug Logan. Republican members of the Arizona state legislature don't want an objective finding. They want a biased conclusion made in Trump's favor. That makes this audit a complete farce. It will not change anyone's mind.

I have a honest question. Is this audit reviewing all the AZ race results, or just the ones where Democrats won? I haven’t followed this regularly.

Follow up question: Is this a state-wide audit or are certain areas being targeted for audit (for instance, the areas that went heavily for Biden)?

How long have you felt elections weren't fair? Did you feel the 2016 election wasn't fair. Trump said so himself until election night. What about the 1988, 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008 and 2012 elections? What about 1972? 1960? 1968? Bobby Kennedy would have been elected had he not been assassinated

It needs to review everything. I think there are probably lots of Republicans that are guilty as well. The deep state goes both ways.

This audit is for only Maricopa County.
