Not next season, this team will be young. If Oakman had kept it in his pants the the 2016 Draft would have yeilded that number.

In my opinion it is the school's responsibility to report any sexual assault complaint's to police. That should be the end of it. They should not be in the business of investigating. If the district attorney files charges then the student should be suspended from team activities until a trial and verdict. One might say the player is being punished without due process but athletes have a higher responsibility to their team and university to avoid entanglements in the first place and to use good judgement.

Based on what I've been reading, the school was doing very, very little in regard to rape victims. Criminal negligence at its finest. In the article I just posted it said the girl went to the campus health clinic following the rape, told the doctor what happened and it sounds like the doctor did nothing beyond that. He gave her information on pregnancy and STDs and that was it. You're trying to tell me there aren't rape mandate laws in Texas that requires a doctor to tell the police in a situation like that? Bull****. That doctor is required to tell someone and I'm sure he did. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if a couple doctors were in on this whole mess because there is no way in hell this stays underwraps if the doctor notifies the appropriate authorities, instead of whomever the **** he is currently reporting to.

It's being mentioned that John Eddie Williams and Drayton McLane, along with 23 other wealthy donors, told the BoR...no Briles, no more money. "IF" this happens then the BMDs have seen the Pepper Hamilton Report and it doesn't rise to the termination of Briles.
